University Park Country Club vacation rentals

The location is great, close to various beaches, inside a golf club with great amenities. The family enjoyed the place very much, kids loved the swimming pool. Would definitely recommend the place!

We really enjoyed our stay and will Certainly hope to return! University Park CC is an exceptional neighborhood- gated community with beautiful amenities. The home was super charming and the property management was very responsive.

This home was lovely! Well maintained and stocked with all we needed. The outdoor area, pool and gas grill were a bonus. Enjoyed immensely. The bedroom set up of opposite sides of house worked perfectly for two separate family units! Communication between owners/manager was fast and appreciated! Thank you for sharing your home!

House is open, airy, well taken care of. The pool and hot tub were in great condition. Paid for pool heat, excellent. Played tennis or pickle most days in a public park about 3 miles away (not the University Park Country Club courts we did not have access to them) . The two bedrooms are large and look nice. The 3rd bedroom, which is a den with a pullout,was great for us, because we work remotely. Enjoyed the rental a lot.

It was a Perfect stay in the house!!!
