The Space:
Experience this awesome recently renovated condo in Cancun's most desirable location, situated just a short 5 minutes from the beach and the Malecón Tajamar, which offers breathtaking views of the Nichupte Lagoon and the hotel zone. You'll also find the Las Américas shopping center a stone's throw away that offers shops, restaurants, a cinema, just a 10 min walk away from the property! Plus, the vibrant nightlife of Cancun, called “the party zone,” is a mere 10-minute drive away.
You’ll have a spacious open-plan living area with direct access to a private poolside patio! Walk to the pool and jump in to cool off, and when you come back, relax on the living room’s comfortable sofa with your show on the Smart TV. Great spot to rest and recharge.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare meals at home and a beautiful wood dining table to enjoy a sit-down meal at home. Also, feel free to use any food delivery service for delicious Mexican cuisine! You’ll have reliable WiFi for remote work if needed, and inside a room you have a comfortable laptop workspace.
There are 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, with 2 ample closet space and full ensuite bathrooms! The master suite features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and an amazing ensuite whirlpool spa tub! The second bedroom features two double beds, and the third a single bed to accommodate 7 guests in total.
The condo is in the residential area of Isla del Sol, and you’ll be conveniently located near cafes, shops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc.

Guest Access:
You'll enjoy complete 24/7 access to the condo and can also use the shared amenities at the complex. Plus, there's a secure parking spot inside the condo if you need it!
The Neighborhood:
Residencia Isla del Sol is the ideal location, 15min drive from the airport, just 5 minutes from the beach and new, beautiful lagoon pier that offers excellent views of the hotel zone and 5 minutes walking to the popular Plaza las Americas mall. Plus, you’ll be just 10 minutes from vibrant Cancun nightlife and about a 20-minute drive from La Isla’s world-class shopping and dining!
Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), just 11.8 miles (19 km) away. You can take a taxi from the airport and you will be in the home in 15minutes. You can walk to the beach, shopping malls and enjoy what Cancun has to offer. There is also a bus in Cancun hotel zone or if you want to rent a car you can park at the property.
Other Things to Note:
It is compulsory to send a copy of the ID of the main guest and adult guests staying at the property. The requirement to send IDs is enforced by the building administration, failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
Electricity is included up to a certain limit for your stay. For stays longer than 15 days, the electricity costs will be the guest's responsibility.
We provide basic essentials to get you started, including toilet paper, shampoo, and hand and body soap. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee will be charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For your safety, surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 p.m. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are welcome for long-term stays (Subject to approval)
Interaction with Guests:
It’s self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival. If needed, we can assist you in check-in and check-out.
