On the opposite side of the condo, the second bedroom is perfect for family or friends. It features two queen-sized beds with new mattresses, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Nice condo unit. Did not have a TV channel guide. We left chip clips and a cooler for future guests and other kitchen items. It was close to the elevator but since we were gone most of the time it really did. It matter. It was our third time staying at Villamare. Will definitely be back.

Great unit- EXTREME noise from elevator

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit but the noise from the elevator kept us up at night. THe locatin and outdoor amenities were great, but the elevator either needs to be repaired or the unit needs soundproofing.

Wonderful unit except for the elevator noise!!

Reviewer Comments: Everything about the condo was very nice except the noise from the elevator mechanical room that is next door, every time the elevator ran you could hear it like it was in the room. I would not recommend this particular unit to anyone else simply because of the elevator noise!!!

The rooms were clean and a lot of little extras were provided, like the little sun care kit(sunscreen, chap stick & lotion - such a nice touch. The property management was very helpful in meeting our needs and I have already referred family here and look forward to returning myself!!

We love Palmetto Dunes but we were a bit unhappy that the condo did not include a weeks supply of little things like dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags etc. The desk staff reluctantly gave us a few more garbage bags but they said the supplies were just to start us off but we needed to buy our own supplies.
