Located 50 yards from the condo is a relaxed open air, full service restaurant. The restaurant area includes game area and pool overlooking the ocean. This development has 24 hour security.

I have been traveling back and forth from California to Costa Rica for over 10 years.
I still find this part of Costa Rica to be my favorite. This is the perfect place for the baby boomer: close enough to the fun areas but far enough away to enjoy the quiet and gentle sounds of nature plus the location is a great for venturing out in all directions..
Why the Owner Chose Playa Conchal
This is my most favorite area in all of Costa Rica - a great location to get to many different areas.
It is close to some great golf courses and close to some of the best beaches in all of Costa Rica. We also have some great un-crouded surfing spots close by.
