Our spacious luxury fully air conditioned Villa, has been furnished by interior designers. Many extras have been incorporated into the design such as higher ceilings (maximises the air conditioning) and quick recovery water tank, making sure we always have enough hot water for all of our guests.
The quiet lounge has a 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa (sleeper).This is also where the internet connection is located. The dining room is open plan to this and has a top quality dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you could possibly want. There is also a breakfast nook with table and 4 chairs. This is open plan to the TV lounge with massive curving sofa (seats at least 6). There is a very large Cable TV with surround sound, DVD, Video, X-Box, CD and Radio, all with surround sound system.
The Master Bedroom has a walk-in-wardrobe, Cable Tv, King size bed, it's own access to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom. This has a walk-in-shower, twin his 'n' hers sinks, round bath and w/c. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds, TV's and plenty of closet space.
The 2nd Bathroom has a bath, shower, his 'n' hers sinks, w/c and plenty of spare fluffy towels in the cupboard.
The games room has a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. The pool area is bathed in sun from early morning right through to sunset. There is an outside table and chairs, and plenty of luxury loungers. The 28' by 14' pool has a fibre optic underwater light that changes colour, while you relax with your glass of wine at the end of the day.
Sunrise Lakes is a quiet Community, situated close to shops including a massive Walmart 2 minutes drive away. The 192 is also only a 2 minute drive away where you will have access to unlimited restaurants and shops.
Our Management Company will take care of all of your needs, and have a 24 hour emergency service. Special discounts for snowbirds or long staying guests. Hi, I am Grant Durnell from London, England. UK. I am married to Jane and we have 3 daughters, Keeley Lia and Karis. I have owned our Villa since 2005 when our Villa was built, so I had the chance to upgrade it to our liking.
I am self -employed and run my own mobile car body repair business. I enjoy sport and love a round of golf, which is great because there are endless golf courses within 15 minutes drive of the Villa. I haven't played a boring course there yet!
I like eating out and my favourite restaurant is Carrabas Italian Restaurant, which is only 6 or 7 minutes drive from the Villa.
I also enjoy hearing guests comments after staying at my Villa, it's nice to know that I have helped them have a fantastic time.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Lakes
I bought our Villa in Sunrise Lakes because I particularly liked the layout of our Villa which is extremely spacious. I could not believe it when I opened the door and the size just hit me. Also because of it's location to Disney and the 192, with a massive Walmarts only 2 sets of lights away, 2 minutes in a car. I also bought here because if you want to pop down to Busch gardens and The West coast it doesn't take long at all. 45 minutes in fact!

We had a great holiday, loved the villa, kept getting lost in the corridors and games room, it was SO large! I wanted to take the main bed home, haven’t slept on a bed that comfy ever I don’t think. Location was good, we’ve never stayed that side of the I4 before so it was interesting to see life on the other side. Walmart was great next block down, we have a 24 hours Asda about the same distance from our house, so it was home from home. Definitely recommend you to anyone we know and we would be happy to come back to you. Kind regards. Dawn. We have arrived back from an excellent family holiday in Florida. Your villa was great!!!. I am the undisputed king of pool and foosball on the odd night we played. Actually it was great to have that facility for the odd night we were home early. The weather was typical Florida with pm thunderstorms for 20 minutes. Went to Disney MGM, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and went on everything. Universal also....how good is Spiderman ride......Phew. We saw the shuttle take off from your villa. The villa was great, indeed friends were very envious when they visited us. Thank you again for allowing us to rent your villa, you are indeed a lucky family to have it for your pleasure. Gavin.Grant and Jane, We are back and we had an absolutely fabulous time. We can't thank you enough for renting us your home. And what a home! It is fantastic. All of us enjoyed it so much we are gutted to be back. Zak, our eldest, by the last week wanted to play in the pool instead of going to Disney World because he learnt to swim the full length. The downside was that I was too tired to use the games room, but one of the few times I did I hit 180 on the dart board (made my day!).
