Elegantly preserved and remodeled "barn" cottage, surrounded by country landscape, 15-minute walk to beaches and downtown Bolinas. One hour drive to San Francisco and easy access to Marin County villages.

This unique one-bedroom cottage has a spacious living room and dining room, high-beamed ceilings, cozy bedroom, wood-burning stove, claw-foot bathtub, and lots of vintage charm. Outside deer, quail, and songbirds are regular visitors.

About an hour from San Francisco, Bolinas is protected by National Seashore and offers spectacular hiking trails, beaches, sunsets, and natural beauty. Hi, As the manager of this property I can tell you that 99% of our guests have loved the barn for its uniqueness, vintage charm, and tranquil setting. I want to remind people that it is a converted barn and its rustic features (wooden floors, old-style furniture, outdoor shower, wood-burning stove, gas stove, homey atmosphere, etc.) are deliberate and perhaps not to everyone's taste.
