Such a beautiful location to spend a few days to relax and enjoy your time off. If you have never been to Seacrest Beach Subdivision on 30-A, then you are truly missing a beautiful setting. This area is perfect for adults and children.
The kitchen is fully stocked, just in case you want to cook! Each bedroom has a full bath which makes it convienent for couples traveling together. The master has a king bed with a huge master bath walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub, another bedroom is set up with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in it and the last bedroom also has a queen bed. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open to the other.
The large balcony overlooks a tropically landscaped, 12,000 sq/ft lagoon pool, complete with palm trees and fountains! We have found that once the children see the pool, the gulf is their second choice. This is the largest pool on Hwy 30 A. Our condo is located poolside so you can sit on the balcony while the children swim. We are on the 2nd floor which gives you a little more privacy.
The beach is a very short walk away on a beautiful palm tree-lined boulevard or you can take the free tram!
Visit adjacent Rosemary Beach or Seaside just minutes away down 30A. Enjoy a round of golf at Camp Creek, a Tom Fazio designed golf course, just a 5 minute drive.
Reserved parking for 2 cars is provided.

Stayed here with my husband and two young children. The condo was large and clean. A/c was not working, but problem was fixed in < 12 hours after initial phone call. The pool was very large, but a little cold in October. Left several items at the condo and Ms. Keepman mailed them to me in < 1 week, which was so nice! Also our deposit was returned in about 1 week. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.

This is a large and comfortable condo, with a beautiful view of the nicest pool in the area right from the balcony. We ate most of our meals out there. Nicely appointed kitchen, good beds, clean and very convenient. The beach is across the street, but its a beautiful walk , or if you wish, a free shuttle takes you. The owner was terrific. And this is the prettiest beach in the area. We're coming back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
