Enjoy this wonderful family home only 6 miles from the heart of Annapolis and the Naval Academy. This home is at the end of the road with complete privacy ample parking for at least 20 cars, private beach, hot tub, and pier with 12’ draft! Sail up to the house tie up your yacht and enjoy the wonderful Ches. Bay and Magothy River.
This house was picture windows and sliding glass doors to the 4 water view decks.
There is an in ground pool, hot tub, and a private /private beach. Additionally there is a private yacht pier that will handle up to 150ft yachts and smaller craft. There are kayaks, rowboats and other water toys available to the tenants.
Sleeping quarters ( upstairs) are as follows.
Master bedroom has a king size bed. 2 walk in closets , private deck, TV , DVD player, private bath and shower rooms, overhead ceiling fans
Guest bedroom East has a full size bed, large closet, water front deck, overhead ceiling fan and private access to a full bathroom and shower area.
Guest bedroom West has a full size bed, large closet, water front deck, overhead ceiling fan and private access to a full bathroom and shower area.
Family guest bedroom is over the garage. This area is 40 ft.long by 12 ft. With its own private stair well to downstairs. This area has a king size bed at one end of the room there is a trundle day bed/ couch at the other end of the room. The area has a privacy divider screen closed and separate air conditioning and heating system. Along with a TV and VCR player and children’s tapes. This is a wonderful area for the young family or group of young adults.
Office / Guest Bedroom on main level . This has a Full bed and direct views on the pool and beach . A great plan for those who don't want many steps or stairwells! This bed room shares the main floor bathroom with tub and shower
Kitchen: has all the amenities, 4 full size refrigerators, stand up freezer, double sinks, reverse osmosis drinking water for sink, ice makers. There is a 4-burner counter top electric stove with a double wall mount oven and all the necessary cooking utensils and gear. For casual dining there is a table for 4 with TV, overhead ceiling fan, and a wonder view of the front garden.
There are two lounge areas: one FORMAL with a gas fireplace, antique baby grand fireplace, HD TV, DVD player, and water front windows and sliding doors to a large furnished outside deck.And One Casual: with custom leather sleep sofas recliner TV, DVD player, Game boy, and water view. Overhead fan, and this area also blend into the dining room area. Which is complimented with table and seating for 6. With the availability to extend to 10 –12 with card tables.
There is also a full bath on the main floor with tub and shower.
Additionally there is an out door deck shower to accommodate the, pool, hot tub and beach swimmers.
Exterior of the home is shingled and all decks are painted.
The driveways and walkways are all finished in brick.

The Unique Benefits at this Home
This home affords wonderful privacy as there is no homes within 50 yard of the building.
Swimming off the dock is just wonderful in the spring time, boating can not be any better with the luxury of the deep water of the Magothy River in front of the home. One may sail away from the pier or participate in safe long distance swim work outs in complete safety.
Nature abounds with wonderful bird life and the vigor of the Chesapeake Bay.

Hi, Thank you for visiting my post. Now this is the hard part for me....so I will start as to how my time (love) is divided. My immediate family:I have with 2 beautiful grown daughters (who no longer live at home.) Additionally I have 7 god children 3 boy and 4 girls between the ages of 4 & 11 as well as their wonderful parents. . How could I forget the most loyal member of my family FAITH the dog! I truely love larger dogs with nice temperments Faith is so gentle and a horrible watch dog.Career: I have worked (in the marine industry ) for myself all my life . Additonally I have to manage and maintain a few rental units. Then there is my home (of 23 years) which has always been a demanding mistress. ... but a labor of love. I take care of myself physically and emotionally. I was extremely active in sports especially Ironman Triathelon (biking, swimming, running) until 2003 when my body said STOP.(very abruptly). Since then I had to temper my exercise habits to healthy /moderate level.Needless to say being out doors in any fashion is where I thrive... It does not matter if we have a blizzard or 110' heat! Living here is a pleasure.. . Because I am a Christian I do my best to live by the Golden Rule. I do a lot of volunteer work for a number of different groups: Family Life and Focus on the Family. I serve many different denominations & local churches even though I am Catholic. This diversity keeps my mind open and allows me to understand and enjoy their worship habits. Because of these wonderful opportunities I have met many great friends and developed a non critical spirit in life. . Dancing to live music (swing,country,irish country,piano)is a thrill to me. It does not matter if it is swing, contra,blues or waltz. There is nothing like having a bite to eat and dancing around the first floor.
