Beautiful, tasteful, bright, and colorful are just a few words to describe this luxury beach home, just steps from the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of Destin, Florida.
We are located within the Emerald Shores subdivision, a family oriented tropical beach community of upscale homes, situated 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy the two large heated community pools, the close proximity to the beach, access to the beach pavilion, onsite tennis, and the security of gated entrances.
Soft sandy shores and beautiful emerald water are just steps away. The private beach access and pavilion (entry coded) is for owners and rental guests only, accommodated by private bathrooms (entry coded), outdoor showers, and beach service (chairs and umbrella).
We are close to restaurants, water sports, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (largest in the south) and the newly opened Destin Commons. Destin Commons is a unique, open-air village, featuring upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, and a 14-screen, stadium-seating movie theater located 1.5 miles west. From Bimini Breeze, you can safely bike with the kids through the neighborhood and along the paved bike paths for awesome beach views. Our favorite activity. Ask about beach bike delivery and pick-up for Bimini Breeze!
From Bimini Breeze, you can walk to either Captain Dave's On The Gulf, Wahoo's Oyster Palace, or Pompano Joe's Seafood and sample some of the local seafood flavors or just to relax and sip on a cold one.
"BIMINI BREEZE" [3 bedrooms + Bonus Room, 3 baths - Sleeps 12].
This recently remodeled Caribbean/Nautically-themed two-story
vacation home is located about 125 yards from the beach (2 - 3
minute walk) and only one house away from the neighborhood pool. The home has a spacious 2300 square feet of living area, a large front yard, and a gourmet kitchen which includes granite counters, stone back splashes and stainless appliances.
The home boasts two Master King Bedrooms, one Queen Bedroom and has
a Bonus Room upstairs. This is a great set-up for three families
with the bonus room upstairs providing a separate TV room
and sleeping area for up to 5 kids (set-up as a 4th bedroom). TV's
are located in every room including wall mounted TV's in both the
kitchen and the downstairs Master bedroom.
Total of 6 TV's including a 32" TV with surround sound in the living room downstairs, 4 VCR's, 1 DVD/MP3/CD, and 2 stereos/cd. Ceiling fans are located in every area (six total). We also have a high-speed internet connection including 802.11b & 802.11g wireless
access. All of the amenities of being in your own home.
Balconies and porches are located off all bedrooms and open up to
soak in all of our tropical Gulf breezes.

* Dining Room, dining table (seats six).
* Kitchen with granite counters, stone backs splash, stainless
appliances, 4 bar stools, table and 4 chairs, wall mounted TV,
ceiling fan, phone w/ answering machine, covered patio area.
* Outdoor Gas Grill.
SECOND LEVEL [sleeps 10]:
* Second Master Bedroom, King bed, full bath, work desk, phone, 27"
TV/VCR, ceiling fan, door opens to private balcony.
* Bonus Room, bunk beds, 1 twin, 1 day bed with trundle, TV/VCR,
stereo with CD, queen sofa sleeper, child-sofa-sleeper, ceiling fan
and third full bath in hallway.
* Third Bedroom, Queen bed, 1 child's sleeper sofa, TV/VCR, ceiling
fan, door opens to private balcony. Restroom with shower outside of
Third Bedroom.
* Laundry Room with full-size washer and dryer, two irons, ironing
board, and dry rack.
Pool is a Frisbee toss away. Outdoor shower, grill, patio chairs and table. Driveway will accommodate three vehicles. NOTE: We do keep two plastic pull wagons at the home for your use when going to the beach or pool.
