8 Adults and 1 Special 21 month old Grandson! Jan 9/12 This is our first visit to the Caymans. What a lovely home, very spacious with lots of space to enjoy ourselves as a group or privately. This trip was my birthday wish for my 50th; to have our grown children, their spouses and partners and our baby grandson come together for a week. We’ve made some great memories and been able to relax. Yvonne and Phil have been very gracious and extremely helpful. It’s been a pleasure to meet them both. As for day trips, I recommend the horse-back riding on the beach, the glass bottom boat at Rum Point to play with the stingrays and snorkeling (Red Sail). Also just hanging out at the house was awesome. Our favorite meal was at “Pappagallo” – it was worth the drive and the lobster was wonderful. The service was amazing. 21/8/2010 – 28/8/2010 New Jersey, USA We have travelled to many islands and have stayed at some of the finest resorts. Our Stay here at Villa Zara has been exceptional. We fell in love with the island itself because of the wonderful people, the incredible beauty of the island, and the amazing food. 1st July to 30th July, 2010 5 Adults / 3 Children This was probably the best vacation our family was on. The house and all amenities were fabulous. The beach is just stunning and the neighbourhood is so peaceful and quiet. People in this area are very friendly and welcoming. Phil and Yvonne are probably best thing about the house. Always very helpful and accommodating. If you need to know anything about the island, they are the people to ask. The experience without them wouldn’t be the same. Thanks again for everything! STEIN FAMILY – UK 12-22 JUNE 2010 We had an absolutely incredible time. The Villa is stunning and is in the best location on the island. Superb sandy beach prepared every morning by Yvonne and Phil. The pool and pool area are fantastic and were obviously irresistible to our 4 year old son who spent nearly every minute submerged! The house is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped with all you could ever need. We had great weather and despite the heat (and temptation never to be too far from the pool) we did manage a few excursions.Stingray City (from Rum Point). The Atlantis submarine (downtown Georgetown) and Dolphin Discovery (north of 7 Mile Beach) are all highly recommended. Yvonne and Phil are great – very helpful and attentive. Villa Zara is an elegant home, that is the best accommodation in the Caymans. While attending a medical conference here, we chose to rent the house rather than stay at The Ritz and we are very happy we did so. Not only is the house nicer, and the privacy better, but this side of the island is much quieter than Georgetown. Yvonne and Phil were great, and the beach in front of the house was clean each day despite a great deal of seagrass washed up on the adjacent properties. My two young children (Age 8 and 3) loved the property, particularly the pool. And it was clearly built to host social gatherings. 22nd Dec ’09 – 5th Jan ‘10 >From the moment we arrived Phil and Yvonne were there for our every need. Their management of Villa Zara is second to none (the up-keep of the beach is extraordinary). This was our third trip back to Cayman Kai, (it's NOT Seven Mile) having rented other properties on the island, and without doubt this is the most spectacular home we have rented in Cayman Kai. We are very lucky as a family to have spent holidays in some truly breath-taking places due to my parents jobs in the media and honestly this place ticks all the boxes. I rented 'Zara' for our 10th Wedding anniversary as the request from my husband was somewhere that was "luxurious, private and the feeling of a 'home' " is the brief my husband gave me. With our family and our children of 6 and 10 it was honestly one of the most magical and memorable experiences of our lives. The location is spot on as its within walking/biking distance to Rum Point/Red Sail. We could not have chosen a better home to rent and without doubt the option of returning for my 40th next year is without question top of my list. We honestly cannot recommend this home enough. Czar at Villa Zara Adults If you like being treated as royalty, Villa Zara is the place to stay. We celebrated the first week of our honeymoon with family and friends, yes a little weird but a lot of fun. The house is immaculate in every way you could want it to be for any occasion. The location was perfect for our getaway we wanted to have some privacy and peace and quiet yet still be close enough if we needed anything. Villa Zara offers it all, close to resort if you need rentals, shopping, dining or groceries and far enough away to avoid the crowds and annoyances of home life. As soon as you walk out the back doors you have arrived in paradise. A well maintained property grounds enhances the pool and ocean view. A rare find on the island is a manicured beach which was a huge hit with the ladies sunbathing by the beach. Also nice snorkeling right out the back door, we found the best spot all the way around the island for fish life and coral species was 200 yards east of the house. We did spend some time driving into to Georgetown for food, but with the right company and a designated driver it made the trip even better. We were able to try several different restaurants and found the buy on jerk get one free to be the best. Blue at the Ritz was horribly overrated, Grand Old House was good but nothing to write home about, yet not mentioned to us was that was out of this world was the Cracked Conch. We ate at the bar out back and enjoyed an incredible sunset with delicious food everything was good but the conch trio, unbelievable! Sorry back to the house. We ate most all of our breakfasts at the house which offers a great kitchen with plenty of stretching room for large groups. We celebrated Thanksgiving dinner in the Caymans with the full menu all prepared at the house and the dining table offered plenty of space for our house and family that stayed in another house just up the road. (not anywhere near as nice) I think the only problem we could find is that there were not enough bed rooms for our group. The staff at the villa really made the trip special. Yvonne and Phil helped us in any way they could and we are very grateful to have met such a special couple. Thanks again for making the trip! We look forward to spending time with them again on return trip soon. PS the second week in Little Cayman WOW the diving!!

17th-31st July, 2009 4 Adults / 4 Teenagers “We have had a fantastic two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Rarely have we returned home so relaxed ! I don’t think we have ever woken up to a better view in the morning. Away from the villa, we thoroughly recommend the scuba diving at the ‘Over the Edge’ restaurant which we felt was excellent quality, authentic and good value. All it needs is for someone to open a bar within walking distance of the villa! Recommendations: Adventure Seekers Families with Teenagers
