Coco Cottage caters to the outdoor enthusiast with its ideal location that compliments anyone who might prefer to walk more, rather than drive while on vacation. The cottage is situated in a residential neighborhood in the small town of Hanalei. You can walk to Java Kai for coffee in the morning, or ride bikes to Hanalei pier to watch the sunset. The Bali Hai views are everywhere, with gorgeous waterfall views right from the cottage lanai.
The property around the cottage is lush with tropical foliage, coco palms, plumeria, night blooming jasmine, hibiscus, and ironwood hedge. Coco Cottage has been completely remodeled to look like a quaint plantation style cottage. High ceilings with fan, fresh white walls, terracotta tile floors, white tile kitchen countertops, pine cupboards, cottage style furniture and matching accents make this a stylish retreat.

We were at Coco Cottage the 3rd week of Dec/11. Totally enjoyed the cottage and the town. The listing is completely accurate and honestly we were pleasantly surprised by the little touches provided. We comfortably managed daily breakfasts and even made a dinner there. The robes provided for the outdoor shower are a nice plus! The Hanalei area has much to offer, we ran into much rain, but kept well occupied.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

This cottage was perfect for me. Close to the beach and right in town. It also had a bike to ride around. It was centrally located to everything on the north shore and at the right price. I really enjoyed myself here.

We stayed in coco Cottage for three weeks this time because we love the convenient location, proximity to the beach, and closeness to the local stores. We walked to the farmers' market every Saturday for our fresh fruit and vegetables, walked to Hanalei's coffee houses, cafe's and surf shops for basics, and walked the short walk to the beach every day for surfing, bodyboarding and pier fishing. Comfortable bed for two, adequate privacy, furnishings and linens, no bugs, and very clean. Owners are nearby and very knowledgeable regarding surf spots and anything else you might want to know.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.
