Two bedrooms, with 2 queen beds, (plus sofa sleeping for one) one bath with a shower, full kitchen, separate dining room, and living room describe this comfortable beach cottage. Laundry room with washer/dryer in house. In front you will find a large deck with bar-b-que and plenty of private parking.
The central California coast boasts an abundance of wildlife including sea otters, seals, elephant seals, sea lions, pelicans, sea gulls and many other birds, deer, fish, shell fish, etc. Come and enjoy!

Why the Owner Chose Cayucos
This cottage has been in my family for approximately 30 years. We love Cayucos and have another home there now so still love going. It has good weather all year around; wonderful small town feel with friendly people everywhere you go. It offers a great location, an easy drive from anywhere in California. There's an airport in San Luis Obispo just a half hour away. Located about midway between San Francisco and L.A. Half hour from San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Walking on the beach, around the neighborhood and to downtown (about 12 blocks); fishing, playing and sunning on the beach; nearby golf courses, visiting the shops in Cayucos and Morro Bay.

My Name is Phyllis Strom and the house is actually owned by my mother, Ethel Jones, but is in trust for my brother and I. She is 90 years old and is renting the house for the first time as it is difficult for her to enjoy going to Cayucos as she has since the 1960's.
I live in Fresno with my cats, Molly and Sophie, sell real estate for a living, enjoy
reading and socializing with friends and family.

If you are looking for a comfortable home to get away to a quiet friendly beach town this is an excellent option. Phyllis is very professional and you cannot beat the value for the money. Just try to keep Cayucos to your self. This is to wonderful a place for the developers to get wind of.

We had a great stay at this house. It was well located and the price was right. We loved the large parking area for the kids to play on their scooters. Our barbecue ran out of gas and we called the local agent and it was replaced within an hour. The house was well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen was well equipped. The living areas were comfortable and the price was reasonable. I have stayed at a ton of vacation rentals and I will definitely be back to this one.

My family and I stayed in this charming house for one week, and had a wonderful time! We took full advantage of the the 60 second walk to the sand and the 10 minute walk to town. We found that we had everything we needed in the house for a perfect, relaxing beach vacation. We loved the front patio, furniture and barbeque. We spent some time relaxing in the comfortable furniture enjoying the huge flat screen tv. We played at the beach, and tried every restaurant in town. We had a memorable family getaway!

I stayed at this house with my girlfriends and had a terrific time. The kitchen is fully stocked, we brought food, for just about anything we wanted to cook, and the gas bar-b-que was perfect and easy. Loved the casual comfort of the furnishings and the closeness to the beach. We spent lots of time on the front patio; enjoyed the table and chairs and, of course, the flowers.
