  Bonnie, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Coffee on the porch in the morning, family dinners in the kitchen in the evening, puzzles at the table in the living room...it really was an ideal, very comfortable vacation environment. I enjoyed working with you and getting to know the gorgeous Delaware beaches (we all got a kick out of the dolphins playing so close by). A good portion of the conversation on our last day was when to come back. Thanks so much for a great experience. Many memories were created during my family's week at your home. ( I rode a bike for the first time in 40 years!) I can't wait to return. Maureen

  What a great vacation home! We had a wonderful visit to Bethany and did not want our week to end. This was our first time staying outside of town and we were all in agreement: we loved your home. Highlights include: wide and nearly empty beaches protected by friendly lifeguards, a short walk to the beach for little feet, the house is comfortable, clean and well laid-out and decorated in a nice way, the kitchen was stocked for us to make meals...thank you for providing us with a great place to have our vacation!

  The beach home is very open, bright, and clean. We have a 4 yr old and a 2.5 yr old so having the house just a walking path away from this private beach was just perfect. Sea Del Estates is very quiet as well if you are a family looking for that as we were. Lastly, Bonnie is just the nicest person! Even though we've never met face to face, she made us feel at home through her emails and speaking to her on the phone.

  We have been to Bethany many times, but this was the first at 17 Sea Del. We fell in love with your house. It is open, spacious, with easy access to the beach. It was extremely convenient to have beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and toys available for our use. And also to find spices, dish soap, and laundry soap all provided! We have 3 teenagers and they loved each having their own room and TV. We also enjoyed the large open family space for just hanging out. We rented bikes and it was an easy ride in town. It really felt like "home" and we were sad to leave! Would definitely stay here again.

  We just returned from our family vacation at 17 Sea Del. What a wonderful home. The photos shown on the website are exact! We were sooo pleased. Very clean upon arrival. All the comforts of home. Our family is already talking about a return trip. Our daughter's 10 year old asked if we could stay another week! Can't say enough about this beautiful place. Beach was gorgeous, so was the weather! Would definitely recommend! The size was perfect for our family of ten. You could all be together or find your own space if you wanted. The beach is just a very short walk. There was also a small playground with baby swings for our ten month old granddaughter. She just loved them!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  Beautiful and spacious home and only a short walk to the beach. What a great place to relax and spend time with our 4 children. Everyone had a great time! Betheny Beach and its boardwalk are very family oriented and close by, which we loved. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for the sand. Having a lifeguard on the private beach was a definite plus as we have some younger children. We did some day trips to Rehoboth and Ocean City MD which were at most 25 minutes away. We cannot wait to go back next summer!
