Live in the American Caribbean here at our vacation home. Open living area includes a large sitting room with television, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with an island that is a great place to use your computer with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen with granite counter tops is outfitted with all you need to cook if you choose to do so. Or use the propane grill out on the patio.
Two double sliding glass doors let the sun shine in for a bright, clean, tropical view. Large plants around the patio area and a fence between the duplex units give you plenty of privacy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Double sinks and a large shower are part of the master bath.
The middle bedroom has a double and a twin bed. Two closets in this room give you plenty of storage.
The 3rd bedroom also has a king size bed. All bedrooms have a television as well as ceiling fans. There are ceiling fans in the living and dining areas also. If you need extra room, the couch folds out into a queen size bed.
Outside on the patio, you can enjoy the canal for fishing or docking your boat at the 39 foot dock. If you catch fish, you'll appreciate the fish cleaning station with running water and the bait freezer in the garage.

The Unique Benefits at this Duplex
The 39 foot boat dock is just feet from the back door. Large outdoor umbrellas shade the patio so you can enjoy the sunset. Easy, casual living all on one floor. Key Colony is a very safe area and is constantly patrolled by the local police department. Walking and bike paths are all throughout the community. You can walk to several restaurants, bars, beach or pool. Membership to the Cabana Club is included with rental. The club offers a pool, hot tub, bar, food and a beautiful beach.
