Live in the American Caribbean here at our vacation home on 10th Street where it's sunny and warm!
Outside on the patio, you can enjoy the canal for fishing or docking your boat at the 39 foot dock. If you catch fish, you'll appreciate the fish cleaning station with running water right on the dock, and bait freezer in the garage.
If you're not an ocean person, you'll enjoy privileges at the Cabana Club with a large, beautiful pool, hot tub, beach and bar.
Open living area includes a large sitting room with television, dining room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with an island that is a great place to use your computer with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen with granite counter tops is outfitted with all you need to cook if you choose to do so. Or use the propane grill out on the patio.
Two double sliding glass doors let the sun shine in for a bright, clean, tropical view. Large plants around the patio area and a fence between the duplex units give you plenty of privacy.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath. Double sinks and a large shower are part of the master bath.
The middle bedroom has a double and a twin bed. Two closets in this room give you plenty of storage.
The 3rd bedroom also has a king size bed. All bedrooms have a television as well as ceiling fans. There are ceiling fans in the living and dining areas also. If you need extra room, the couch folds out into a queen size bed.
We've tried to make this home as complete and easy to use as possible for your best vacation ever whether you stay for a week or a month! Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday for weekly rental.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The 39 foot boat dock is just feet from the back door. Large outdoor umbrellas shade the patio so you can enjoy the sunset. Easy, casual living all on one floor. Key Colony is a very safe area and is constantly patrolled by the local police department. Walking and bike paths are all throughout the community. You can walk to several restaurants, bars, beach or pool. Membership to the Cabana Club is included with rental. The club offers a pool, hot tub, bar, food and a beautiful beach.

My family and I spent a week at the Echols place in Key Colony Beach. It was wonderful. Elaine happened to be in town when we first got there; she was great, made sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. The place is wonderful, plenty of space for everyone and all our luggage and scuba gear. It had everything we needed. The patio is awesome, sitting out on the canal and talking with the neighbors was so much fun. The Cabana Club has a great beach and pool to stay at, and the food and drinks there were awesome. Everyone we ran into on Key Colony Beach made us feel like old friends, we couldn't have asked for a better stay! I would definitely go back! It was a fantastic place to stay at and very relaxing!

I apologize for the great delay in sending this review. Our stay this summer was incredible. Your home was perfect and the accommodations were great. The fishing was a lot of fun in the canal as well as watching the wildlife (birds, iguanas, etc). The access to the private pool and beach was also a plus-thank you for offering that to your renters! I would highly recommend this home to folks looking for a relaxing location with all the comforts of home.

I almost hate writing positively about this place for fear that others will read & begin to increase occupancy. I know, good for you but bad for those of us that are repeat renters & plan to again. You can't beat the location-not only visually but also the quick access to ocean & gulf sides. The owners should be complimented on the floor plan which is nice & open with a true florida vibel. The appliances & upgraded amenities give this rental a high end feel for a price that is similar to those in the area w/less to offer. Fishing was great, the weather was great & the place was great. See you next year.
