Condo Maximo is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo, with 3 attached bathrooms to each bedroom. Plenty of space for a family of 6-8 to comfortably enjoy and have their own bed to sleep in. The Maximo is a "SKI IN" property, allowing the guest to ski down Four O'Clock run directly to the condo complex and in the back door. The Snowflake lift is located just 2 blocks up the street and is an easy 3-4 minute walk out the front door.
This property also has a large hot tub for condo renters, on site and a heated/covered pool, just 4-5 minutes walking or a short drive. The Maximo has a gas fireplace and a gas grill, TV and DVD combined and a full and up to date kitchen. The Breckenridge bus stops right in front of the complex for easy transportation and walking to town is an easy down the hill stroll to town center in about 5 minutes. This is a great location,,, warm, cozy and lots of space for the family. Available for weekly or monthly rentals. Christmas weeks can be booked from Sat to Sat and require a 7 night minimum. We love "The Maximo Condo".... it is so convenient to ski in for lunch or at the end of the day. WE also like to snow shoe out the back door and up the mountain. Terrific hiking up the mountain as well. Summer or winter,,, we love Breckenridge!

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We like the convenience of never having to drive our car once we are there. WE walk to town for dinner,,, walk to the lift and take the bus if we feel lazy. It's close to everything. Hot Tub and indoor pool are really nice in the summer and winter too!

What a lovely condo. Great location for skiing in from Four O'Clock run and it was an easy walk to the Snowflake lift just up the street. This condo seems to be very well maintained and it was nice to have a new flat screen TV in the kids bunk room for them to watch movies, while the adults enjoyed the living area. Cozy and warm and having 3 bathrooms attached to each bedroom was very convenient too. We loved the "Condo Maximo"!

We loved the Condo Maximo. Great location to the lift and the ski in was very nice. It was also very close to town and we were able to walk to dinner etc. Very well maintained property and the kitchen had all the things that we would have at home too. We would stay here again and really enjoyed the property.
