  My family has visited Hilton Head over a dozen times and this was our best experience. This condo is in a great location, very convenient to Coligny center and on the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

  EVERYTHING about this condo is perfect! We loved our stay and plan on returning.

  We stayed one month at the condo and had a great time. The kitchen is big and roomy with many cabinets plus a pantry closet. It is, also, well equipped with all the pots, pans, and utensils that you would need. It is great for cooking. The living room and dinning room are open making the living or entertainment area large. The living room furniture was comfortable and clean. The dinning room table sat 8 comfortably, but you could add 2 more at the ends to fit 10. The 3 bedrooms each had large closets and there own bathroom. Everyone said their beds were comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. The condo handled all our needs.

  The on-site security was the best feature of this place! We were disappointed in the condo...bathrooms very small, bedrooms were ok (twin bed closet smelled wet/moldy), master bedroom's bed was extremely hard making it difficult to get comfortable to sleep. The condo appeared to be clean until I saw my 5 yr old's feet and knees from him running and crawling on the floor playing...it was like he had been walking on tar. We did not get much use out of the living area due to this and we could not get the DVD player to work. The A/C was loud so the tv's were always turned up just to hear them. To end on a positive note, the owners were nice and efficient in the getting the info to us when we booked the condo.

  Owner response: This is the first time we have ever heard anything like this. I can't imagine the feet got dirty in the condo and we sleep in the king bed when we visit and have never had a problem. The A/C is a little loud in the twin bedroom (AC being checked into) but no one else has complained and we have owned the condo for 22 years. I am not concerned about the condition of the condo (we have had many positive responses). We take pride in the care of the condo. Don't know what they were looking for in a bathroom size but it is what it is. Owner 422 Ocean One 284752

  I was extremely pleased with our stay here! There was plenty of room, the decor was nice, and you can NOT beat the location! Right next door to the Tiki Bar, and right on the beach! It's so close to everything you need in Hilton Head, but still quiet and cozy. Park it and walk anywhere...grocery store, restaurants, bars, beach. We will definitely be coming back next year! The owners are SUPER nice, and a pleasure to do business with! Thanks!

  We stayed June 5th thru June 12th and absolutly loved it! The condo was gorgeous, clean, and in an awesome location! The pool area was always clean and very well taken care of and the walk to the beach was incredibly short. Our family is thinking of returning here every other year and hope to be able to stay in this same condo. I can't say enough nice things about our stay. Thank you very much!
