Superfina och uppdaterade, nyrenoverade, nya möbler, ny färg, nya takfläktar, 1 minuts promenad till Coligny Beach, gratis gymmedlemskap som är precis uppe på gatan! Denna enhet är otroligt ren och välfylld.
Nyare drottningssäng i sovrummet och det finns massor av förvaring. Denna enhet har också en mycket fin balkong med uteservering och STOR utsikt över havet! Det finns hissar genom både komplexa och tvättmöjligheter på varje nivå. Det finns en mycket stor privat pool med solstolar, bord och parasoller. Detta är ett SÄKERT gated-komplex. Du har direkt tillgång till stranden på en strandpromenad med utomhusduschar. Det finns en nyare soldäck med havsutsikt med solstolar och en trevlig gunga! This condo was awesome! It was so close to everything and the bikes were great to have. We did not drive the entire time we were here, and we really enjoyed the dinner recommendations made by the host. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Great location!

It was great for a short stay. The location was the best! The bedroom was a little warm the first night but had cooled more by the second. Size is suitable for 2 people. Communication with the owners was great. The bikes were a grat perk!

Great little condo

Nice condo. Very small but we were only 2 people so that was fine. Not fancy but clean. There wasn’t any shampoo but I had my own. Very close to the beach!

Great stay in a perfect little condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay at this Seaside condo. The place was very convenient, safe, and it was a beautiful property. The location of the complex was perfect. It was great for riding bikes up to Coligny plaza, with easy access to the beach, and the traffic wasn't too bad. The pool was really nice and it was shady in the morning and late afternoon. Never crowded when we went. The balcony was great. The view was nice. Everything in the condo was clean and comfortable. Our little family had a great stay. The check-in process, the communication with the owners, and the overall stay was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

Excellent weekend getaway

Lori's property was great for a long weekend getaway. Great rate and perfect location with private beach access. Also within walking/biking distance to Coligny Park and numerous shops and restaurants. We will definitely look to visit again!

Review for Stay

My boyfriend and I had the most lovely time in Hilton Head. The bikes offered by the host were so nice and the convenience to the plaza was so nice. We rode the bikes to get coffee and breakfast. The condo also came with chairs for the beach which were so nice. Over we had an amazing weekend and had amazing meals recommended by the host!

Close to all that Coligny area offers

Small, mostly clean. The bed is comfortable. It was on the first floor and was very quiet. Appreciated the bikes that were in good working order-used them a couple of days. Loved the private, gated beach. Has a pool but we didn’t use. The balcony overlooked the parking lot -the ocean was further down on the side. The bathroom had extra shelving to store our toiletries which was great. The condo is within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Thanksgiving weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is right next to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back again.

VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
