Don't tramp across asphalt and dodge cars, instead enjoy 300 ft of direct gulf front property situated on sugar white sands that meet the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico--all in a family-oriented atmosphere. Enjoy the gulf and beach activities, but don't miss out on the great local restaurants, waterpark, outlet shopping, and perhaps an outdoor concert nearby at The Wharf. And all fisherman in the family simply must visit the nearby brand new Alabama Fishing Pier.
Our pleasantly appointed, clean two-story, one bedroom unit sleeps up to five people with one sofa bed downstairs and a full size bed and a twin sleeper upstairs. Our unit is located on the third floor of the complex and offers a private balcony with a limited side view of the beach, 2 full baths, kitchen,and 2 T.V.'s and a DVD player. The complex offers elevators, indoor hallways, covered parking, year round security guards, three outdoor pools (one heated in cooler weather) with roomy decks and plenty of chairs, a kiddie pool, picnic tables, barbecue grills, a tennis court, and a snack shack and bathrooms (very important!) poolside.
We live only an hour from our unit. We stay there ourselves quite often and make sure that it is kept in good condition for both our own family and our guests. We have made many family memories at Sugar Beach. Call us today to schedule a time to make yours!

About the owner: Our family LOVES the beach. Our children love surfing, skimboarding, and fishing. We purchased Sugar Beach as both an investment and as our personal beach house. We have precious memories of our sons playing in the kiddie pool there and of them asking for their 'sugar money' to spend at the Sugar Shack, the on-site snack shack by the pool. We hope that you and your family will make great memories of building sand castles, burying each other in the sand, and of feeding the seagulls.
Why the Owner Chose Sugar Beach: Sugar Beach is about an hour away from us-close enough to get to, but far enough away to be a treat. We love that our unit is pleasant, comfortable, and affordable. For such a small complex, we feel like we have many amenities. The location is perfect: we have fantastic views and access to the beach and all the extras like great restaurants, outlet shopping, the waterpark and fishing.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We enjoy the pools very much-one of which is heated in the cooler months. Our children have played tennis, and they love getting a treat at the Sugar Shack. But our most favorite thing to do is just be on the beach, whether sitting in a lounge chair, jumping in the surf, taking a walk, collecting sea shells, fishing, surfing or skimboarding. At the end of the day, the elevator ride to the third floor means a shower and then collapsing onto the nearest surface.
