This lovely, waterfront home has been newly furnished in 2006 and is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac road. Our house has three separate bedrooms, living room, and beautiful lanai with full glass sliding doors opening onto your own private pool which can be heated during the winter months. Bathroom and en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. Newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The house overlooks a peaceful canal which leads into Charlotte Harbor and open water to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. You can fish from our large dock.
Only a five minute walk from Charlotte Harbor and beach complex where there are tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, boat ramp, bowls, pier, barbecue area, boardwalk, and absolutely fantastic sunsets! Here is the place to see wild dolphins, manatee, heron, and many species of wild birds. You can hire a boat or take a trip deep sea fishing or sightseeing at Fisherman's Village which is a ten minute drive. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops overlooking the Harbor.
Fort Myers and Sarasota with International airports about 50 minutes on the I75. Just one hour from Tampa, two hours from Orlando and Miami.
