Where do I begin to express how much my family and I love this house? Well, I have to begin with the owners Sean and Jen. They live a couple of doors down and are available whenever there is a question to answer. What a superb job they have done! The house is a dream from the decor to the Southampton location which is near enough to the picturesque village for long walk. It manages to be magazine gorgeous and family friendly at the same time. And the kitchen is truly well stocked. I've rented plenty of vacation homes that make that claim but fall short with only a few worn out basics. I love to cook and this home was better stocked than mine. Even the serving pieces are company worthy. The lovely cabinets are filled with more than enough to serve a memorable dinner for 12. We loved the cozy open floor plan - the house has a great flow for entertaining and everyday living. I could whip up a cake in the kitchen and be part of the conversation in the living room. The dining room with it's seating for 14 was perfect for our big family. There are great HD TV in every room and a wonderful sound system. Everyone felt completely at home and we really hated to leave. We're coming back as soon as possible!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house was excellent! After a very positive experience at the owner's other property we rented this property for a weekend in October to do pumpkin picking in the area. House and owner are wonderful. Beautifully decorated, high-end finishes, linens and appliances make it feel like a home and not a rental. House well maintained and uber clean (and I'm picky). Pool house is beyond cool if you need the extra space. Close to beaches, town and also easy access to 27. Perfect for kids, but also grown-ups too. You'll love it, we did!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
