117 Greens is a newly remodeled, two-bedroom, non-smoking, Greens Villa located in the Shipyard Plantation that comes with two bikes and a BEACH LOCKER. 117 Greens is one of the closest villas to the beach within the Greens and only a 5 minute walk or a short bike ride using one of the two furnished beach bikes.
We have owned the villa for 10 years and have constantly updated and renovated it yearly. Many of our guests come back year after year. Our guest reviews say it all.
Two key features that aren't included in many other Greens Units are the BEACH LOCKER and the KEYLESS ENTRY system. No more lugging your stuff each day to the beach or trying to park. Bring it one time at the beginning of the week and avoid the parking hassle by riding the bikes or taking the golf cart shuttle which is steps from the front door. The locker is large enough to hold your beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.
The villa has keyless entry and is privately managed. As result, you do not have to wait in long lines to register and pick-up keys; you can begin your vacation immediately when you get on the island. No more worrying about who has the key!
The bathrooms and kitchen were recently remodeled with new cabinets and granite counters and new stove and ultra-quiet dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment even a giant stock pot to make a low country shrimp boil.
The living room features all new carpet and furniture including a queen-size sleeper sofa and cable television with a CD/DVD Blu-Ray Surround Sound stereo system with iPod adapter. The living room sliding glass doors leads to a private deck with stunning view of the No. 6 Green of the Shipyard Galleon Golf Course.
Both bedrooms are on the second level, with the master bedroom having a view of the golf course. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, television, and has its own private bath.
The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and has access to the hall bath on this level. Both full bathrooms have a tub/shower combination and there is a half bath on the main level. A brand new full-size washer and dryer are also conveniently located on the second floor.
The Greens is located across from the world famous Van de Meer Shipyard Tennis Center and the Sonesta Beach Resort. The Greens is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome community is also only a short walk to golf, tennis, and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard Plantation. Two bicycles are included for the guests use. There is also a private gated pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.

My family and I stayed at 117 The Greens for Thanksgiving, and it was so great to go to a place away from home that was so cozy and comfortable! The decorating is very well done, and it was so clean. We had such a great time, especially riding the bikes, and the closeness of the beach! We would love to rent this villa again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested! The owner was so friendly and more than accomodating, he really went above and beyond for us!!! We can't wait to rent it again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The Greens are a great place. This unit 117 was very clean and convenient. Booking and payment process were seamless. Owners were accommodating and flexible. We will likely rent again..Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Had another great vacation at 117 The Greens! We enjoyed our stay this year, as much as the last. We had a few windy days at the beach, otherwise beautiful. The house is great and love the easy check-in and keyless entry. Tried some new restaurants again this year (there are just too many to choose from), glad we can bike ride to help keep the lbs. off. Looking forward to next time!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We really appreciated your comfortable, clean condo. It was very well-maintained & had all the amenities we could need. It was almost like home – well… except for the nice beach nearby. Our experience in 117 Green has been an awesome one. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Location is fantastic with only 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, all along shaded walking trails. Nice golf course view from the living room and tennis court is right across the road from the front door. We will definitely come back next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Excellent first family vacation on HHI thanks to Alex's beach villa and his thoughtful advice on things to do. This property is so well maintained and beautifully decorated, it was a pleasure to stay in. Location was great with easy access (short walk, or super quick bike ride) to the beach and that beach locker was so appreciated.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This a wonderful property. Clean with nice decor. The property owners obvoiusly take pride in their place and are so good to work with, made setting up our stay very easy. The beach locker and keyless entry are such convient features. Enjoyed the use of the bikes. Wow, another great time at 117 The Greens. We just celebrated our 2 week honeymoon and had a great time. This Villa is so comfortable and in great shape. We love the decor and the procimity to the beach and pool. Being able to ride the bikes everywhere, including on the beach is a real bonus and great exercise too. If you are booking this villa for the first time don't feel nervous thinking you might end up in a dive. It is beautiful and Alex is so great to deal with.
