The villa is an exquisitely furnished and comprehensively appointed beach-front home, with the casual Hawaiian elegance that typifies the spirit of Kauai.
Cottage - 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a loft encompassing about 750 square feet of living area and about 400 square feet of lanai. There is a queen bed and a full murphy bed. The cottage sits at the south end of the estate, and is a detached, separate guest house.
Moloa'a Bay is located on the northeast side of Kauai, mid-way between Kapa'a and Princeville. Moloa'a is two miles off the main road, truly off the beaten path, giving one the sense of an exclusive and genuine experience of the Real Hawaii. This was the site location for the pilot of of Gilligan's Island. Moloa'a is everything you ever dreamed Kauai to be!
