3 Bedroom fully furnished screened-pool home on canal with incredible back bay views. Great south-island location that is quiet and peaceful yet close to shops, restaurants and bars. Very easy access to Bonita Springs and Naples.
This is truly boater’s paradise. The included boat lift can hold a large boat. Fuel and services from Fish Tale Marina are only blocks away by car, and a very short ride by boat. Only 1 idle zone to the pass to head out to the gulf so you can spend your time having fun instead of idling in the slow zones.
Enjoy views of the back bay from either in your pool, on the dock or inside your full-length glass lanai when you want to be in the A/C.

This a great location for anyone seeking close proximity to everything Ft. Myers Beach has to offer. The home is on a quiet, secluded street within easy walking or biking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, or even a movie theater on a rainy afternoon. The house was perfect for our family of 6 with plenty of room inside and out. By far, the best part of the house is the spacious deck and very clean pool overlooking the beautiful bay. We spent as much time in the pool as we did at the beach. The view is truly outstanding any time of the day. There also is a very nice dock right off the pool the kids enjoyed spending time on looking for fish for hours. I would also highly recommend renting a boat from a local marina for the day to explore the bay you overlook. Even beginners can handle it, and the views and places to anchor were the best part of the day trip. If you wanted, you could even dock the boat right at, the house. Lastly, owner Mika was very responsive to any questions or help we needed. All in all, a great vacation - a clean and perfectly located house rental!Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful vacation. This home was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with everything-just bring your own food and spices. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. The linens where nice and like new. The view is extraordinary we where able to watch the dolphins play in the earlier evening. We enjoyed riding bikes to the grocery store to shop only 1.7 miles from the house. We had the pleasure of walking to the beach in the morning searching for shells on the beach only 1/2 mile away. The neighborhood was very queit the week of our vacation. The owner Mika was available and answered our questions swiftly my phone,email or text. I would recomment this property to anyone who is looking for a wonderful vacation home. We look forward to returning again. RobinRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
