Walk along the shore of Great Bay or on the walking trail to the shore and enjoy the beautiful ocean front vista along the way. This well-appointed home has an open floor plan in a quiet and private setting off Maravista Avenue and comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
1st floor: Offers a large kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and open floor plan into the dining area and living room.
2nd floor: includes 3 additional rooms and a 2nd bathroom. The Nantucket room has a twin bed, The Chatham Room has a full size bed; Falmouth room has a full and twin bed.

The cottage is very spacious and well decorated. It’s on a quiet residential street in a fantastic location whether you want to take in some Cape League baseball, spend some time at the beach, do some shopping or have a nice meal in the back yard. The house is located near a movie theater in case it rains and or you chose to be away from the cottage. My family and I were very comfortable there – which truly felt like home. It was a wonderful vacation and leaving the house was rather difficult. We are planning on renting the house again next summer.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family has been renting vaction homes on the cape for may years. This delightful house in East Falmouth is by far the best rental we've ever had. The house is charming, clean and well stocked. There is pleny of space for the kids to spread out. The large back yard is private and shady. Best of all is the location. The house is very close to the water, several beaches, Falmouth harbor and the bike trails. The owners were helpful and provided great information regarding things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this home for a cape cod vacation. We are looking forward to renting again next summerRecommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Nice Cape Code house, well furbished and with typical new england interior as expected. Huge BBQ and different helpfull beach devices available in the garage. The house is very well located: Easy access to downtown, main beaches and amenities. Very quiet neighborhood with a lot of birds, squirels, rabits... Owners are very helpful either on line or thanks to the book they nicely prepared explaining what's entertaining around.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
