The unit was roomy and had a great view of the mountains. Appreciated the kitchen - saved money on meals. Location was great for my agenda, and I especially appreciated the secure parking and building access. Calvin was very helpful with checking in and information.

The unit lived up to the VRBO description. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here.

From the moment we walked in to the day we left, it felt like home. The host made sure to provide essential items to make this long term stay as comfortable as possible. By being on the mauka side, you have a beautiful view from the lanai. Beach items and games were provided for use during the stay. Everything is as pictured and was a great choice in the heart of Waikiki. Conveniently in walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and beaches. The building and unit are greatly secured and create a safe environment. Plus, it came with a parking spot, which was essential for my stay and scarce in Waikiki. Gary’s Place is truly the jackpot!

Although the property management company is not on-site, they were very attentive to my questions and requests during my stay. The unit was the perfect size for the 4 of us and had a great view. Convenient location to shops, dining, and the beach!

The property was clean and in the heart of all activity. My family lives near Pearle city so about a 25min drive with traffic. Not bad. Would stay again

I booked this place because it comes with an assigned parking which was included. I you didn't know parking in Honolulu/Waikiki area is rather expensive and sometime hard to find. It is also fairly easy to get to and from - short drive to the highway. Not far from the airport. The bed is comfortable. The futon would be fine for younger kids. Otherwise, this was fine for "home base" while we explore the whole island. We did not use the pool. Very very convenient to get to all the shopping if you want and easy access to great restaurants around the area. Only 15 minute walk to the FAR side of Waikiki beach. Less if you just want to walk to the beach.

This unit had a great location that was in waking distance to Waikiki Beach and a ton of amenities. I also appreciated that it had beach towels, and boogie boards. It was also nice to have a pool and a designated parking spot.
