  We loved St. Petersburg and this rental was just perfect. The patio area is an oasis. Downtown is withing walking distance - we love to walk. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had an evening ritual of walking to the Bay every evening. It is only two blocks away and so relaxing. We would highly recommend this rental.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  A last minute trip and was happy that the wonderful host could accommodate us in the 1 bedroom. Beautiful courtyard and so close to all the downtown activities. This will always be my first choice when visiting St.Pete. Go Rays!

  Great place - this is my second year staying in the 2/2. The new hardwood floors are beautiful! I love the location - so close to the bay, shopping, and great restuarants. The hostess is wonderful!

  This area was really nice, 2 blocks from the bay, very good location. We rented the 2 bedroom, was clean and Elizabeth had coffee, tea, water and snacks for us. We will definately rent this property again. Was told that the property was getting new flooring through out, can't wait to come back and see it!

  Our visit was last minute and we found the Historic Old Northeast area delightful. This is a small, funky, clean unit with a tiny, but supplied kitchen. A plus is a conveniently located quarter fed ($1 per) washer and dryer for your use. The tropical courtyard, right outside your door, makes for a special welcoming feel coming and going. Fairly private in this sweet neighborhood which is located only two short blocks across from the Vinoy Park where we walked on the beach and took daily swims in the wonderful pool. Tom welcomes you into his little family of renters and you feel you have known him for years. We absolutely fell in love with Cooper, the adorable dog. This is not for people looking for luxury, but definitely for down to earth travelers looking for a sweet, relaxing, clean and friendly place. We would be happy to return.

  " Walking out from this quiet, well furnished 50s vintage unit, we first encounter an attractive tropical garden courtyard. Then we can walk 5 minutes down the street to a Tampa Bay beach with nearby heated outdoor swimming pool; and a further 10 minte walk brings us to downtown St. Petersburg and the famous Pier. This little jewel is all about Location, Location, Location ! The amicable and helpful owners are on site. We made a good choice. Marilyn and Ed Lauer, Ottawa, Canada "

  This is a real find in St. Petersburg. It is safe, quiet, comfortable, clean and well equiped for any one wanting a home away from home. I would walk by the bay in the evening and early mornings. The historic neighborhood they live in is a wonderful place to walk or jog and look at the houses. The brick streets are quaint and beautiful. I loved my stay and the owners we very accomodating. Thanks for the lovely time in St. Pete!

  Sweet apartment, well equiped with everything needed for some weeks in the sun. Loved the owners yorkie (small dog). Beatiful white sanded beaches within walking distance. I'll be back! Hans

  Wonderful stay. It was really as nice and quiet as the site promised. We had a wonderful time with wonderful weather. St. Pete has a good mixture of relaxing, culture, cuisine, sports and shopping. Great swimmingpool with bayview. Petra
