OCEANFRONT condominium with excellent views of Carolina Beach. Unique in that you can watch the sunrise from the oceanfront deck and the sunset over the harbour area from the back deck.
This second floor end unit allows for full view of the beach and pool area. An oceanfront pool is centrally located for easy access on your way to and from the beach. You can watch the kids while relaxing on the deck. The living room has a sliding glass door giving access to the oceanfront deck. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean while sitting in the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious with beach decor.
The master bedroom has a new queen-size bed, private bath, and sliding glass door to the back deck with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and Harbour. The second bedroom is spacious with a twin bed over a double bed and a second twin. There is a additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
The location is approxiametly half way between the boardwalk and the north pier. This is ideal for a nice walk in either direction without being to close to the pier for swimming or the boardwalk for crowding.
Theres plenty of optional activities to see and do in around Carolina Beach. Visit the Fort Fisher museum while on the island. This area is well known for the fishing charter boats. Schedule a deep sea fishing trip or go on one of the dinner cruise trips. While at the boardwalk area stop over a Brits doughnut shop. Some of the best you'll ever eat. Work it of by taking a late evening beach walk back to the condo. You can rent bikes and such at the boardwalk area as well. Theres the zoo 5 minutes back toward Wilmington. You can get really up close to the animals and of course, you can hang out at the beach all day and work on you tan!

My husband and I stayed in your condo between Sept. 25th and Oct. 2nd. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. We needed a quiet place to relax after a long summer of hard work, and we found it. The pool was beautiful and the ocean was warm and dreamy. It is a nice location to walk to restaurants and plenty of other places. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with us, and it rained 5 days out of 7. It was still a very wonderful stay, and I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you Joe, Krista, and Heather for a dream vacation!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

I stayed here summber before last for 4 nights, brought grandchildren. The place was great, the kids loved the pool, and the location was awesome. I think the owner went out of her way to make our stay great.

The condo has an excellent view and easy access to the ocean. It was roomy for 4 adults. Unfortunately it was not very well cleaned when we arrived and it appears not to have been dusted in years! There was mold on the shower curtains and the drawers with the utensils were dirty and closet shelves were sticky. Window shades were torn and/or had pieces missing so privacy was compromised. It was obvious that the previous cleaner did not clean. It is a shame because the place really is comfortable for lounging and sleeping and has alot of potential.
Owner response:It's unfortunate that the renters had some issues while they stayed at our condo. We have been renting our facility thru vrbo and home away for over 5 years. We make arrangements to accomidate any request guest have during there stay. If they would have contacted me at any point during their 12 day stay I would have addressed any concerns they may have had. The concerns listed by the guest have been taken care of. It is our goal that all guest have a pleasant enjoyable stay while visiting.
