Your oceanfront luxurious accommodations has granite counter tops in kitchen and in all bathrooms, secure high speed internet access, three televisions, DVD, washer & dryer. FREE (secure) wireless Internet! The decor is a high end West Indies theme. Very exclusive resort and furnishings. No expense has been spared. 400 thread count sheets, high end decor and fully stocked kitchen. The living room and master bedroom are oceanfront with doors to oceanfront balcony! 2 Kings, 1 Queen and a sofa bed.
There is a lazy river that is set in a tropical West Indies Theme with waterfall and rock formations that look like an ancient ruin. Water cascades down on you as you float. There is 500 foot of beach frontage with no other condos anywhere nearby. This resort is set in a residential neighborhood so your beach will be as private as can be!
There is a tanning lawn, spas/hot tubs, three pools, and children's splash pool! There is a zero entry pool for the toddlers that has the water spouts that shoot out of the ground! There an unbelievable Ocean front upscale dining room that has "Award Winning Cuisine".
There are beach front rocking chairs on the resorts lanai reminiscent of days long ago. There is typically a solo guitarist who sings Jimmy Buffet songs while you rock in your chairs and look at the beautiful view. There are also waiters who come around to your chair and take your drink order. What more could you ask for?

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Vista. We loved walking the beach every day, using the pool and hot tub. The location of the Island Vista is excellent as it is close to the Outlet Malls, the Costal Mall, many restaurants and golf courses. The property is well maintained, clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Employees of the Island Vista are vey friendly as well as the guests. Unit 84947 is clean, has an excellent view where you can watch dolphins, surfers, shrimp boats and people using the beach as well as sun rises. The kitchen is well equipped with lots dishes and cooking needs. The condo is a very good size and you can easily have 8 people for dinner. The listing description and photo's were accurate regarding location and appearance. Owner was very helpful and prompt in answering questions and concerns. We would highly recommend the Island Vista to anyone. We had several comments from our guests on how nice our unit was.

We had a wonderful experience at your condo. There was plenty of room for the 3 couples. The property was clean and the grounds well maintained. The umbrella and chairs provided through the unit was great and made our beach time even more enjoyable. I would definately stay here again. RS

Beautiful ocean views enjoyed each day balcony. The Island Vista is located on a quiet secluded section of Myrtle Beach, away from the crowds. You never fight for beach space! This suite has everything. Pack lite - you have a full size washer and dryer. Loved having a dedicated beach umbrella set up each day by the lifeguard. The pools, the tiki bar, the daily entertainment... Have been coming to Island Vista for years and so fortunate to have finally found the perfect suite for my family. Loved every minute and look forward to next year.

The listing accurately describes the beautiful location. The property is always clean and beautifully maintained. I would just like to day that Kelly and Anytime properties were great. It was everything that is written and photographed about this property. The staff were very professional and the place was beautiful. My family and I could not have asked for a better weekend. It was nice to have a very secure and relaxed atmosphere. We were able to get to places easily and the nearby restaurants were enjoyable. I cannot say thank you enough for the ease of it all. I would very much like to do it again.

We just returned from our vacation yesterday and were so sad to leave! This was our first offical family vacation with our 3 year old and 11 month old. We had a blast and loved the accommodations--very family and kid friendly!! Our 3 year old couldn't get enough of the indoor pool and we loved how private the beach was! The condo itself was spotless on arrival and was just beautiful and very comfortable. Kelly and her co-owners were all extremely friendly and helpful. The garbage disposal broke while we were there and they had it replaced the very next day--Great Service!! We hope to return next year! For entertainment would definately recommend Broadway at the beach. You will find dining and entertainment for all ages.

We stayed in this excellent ocean front unit at Island Vista from May 1-6 2011. The accommodations were high quality with good bedding, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. The Island Vista is a great place to stay allowing one the ability to take advantage of their excellent restaurant and amenities. The beach is also quiet and beautiful in this residential neighborhood! I would definitely rent this unit again!

We stayed here the week of April 23-30, 2011. There were 8 of us total....6 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 11). The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean with plenty of room for all of us. The 3 bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and each had their own bath which was very nice since we had 3 different families staying in the unit. The kitchen had anything you could want. We were able to have Easter dinner right in the condo and all of us fit perfectly at the big dining table. It felt just like we were at home! The resort has great pools and is right on the beach. There's also a really nice tanning lawn with plenty of chairs for guests. My nephew absolutely LOVED the banana smoothies at the tiki hut, so I would highly recommend them! I would highly recommend staying at this unit. The photos are exactly what you'll find once you get there. Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with....the entire process was a breeze! Thanks so much....we'll definitely be back!

The Miller family stayed at the Island Vista (Kelly's place) the week of Sept. 18th-25th. She was very helpful with answering any questions we had before our visit. The description and the listing photos of the beautiful property were right on. We were very surprised at how clean everything was and was like being at home with everything you would need. We have already recommended this property to other friends and would highly recommend it to everyone. We have stayed at both Kelly's places, Sea Watch and Island Vista and have really enjoyed both. We would highy recommend either of these places to everyone. You will have a home away from home! Our favorite restaurants were Angelo's Steak House, Carolina Roadhouse, and Cagney's.
