Gorgeous new resort on private beach in exclusive section of MB!
Your oceanfront luxurious accommodations has granite counter tops in kitchen and in all bathrooms, secure high speed internet access, three televisions, DVD, washer & dryer. The decor is a high end West Indies theme. Very exclusive resort and furnishings. No expense has been spared. 400 thread count sheets, high end decor and fully stocked kitchen. The living room and master bedroom are oceanfront with doors to oceanfront balcony! 2 Kings, 1 Queen and a sofa bed.

There is a lazy river that is set in a tropical West Indies Theme with waterfall and rock formations that look like an ancient ruin. Water cascades down on you as you float. There is 500 foot of beach frontage with no other condos anywhere nearby. This resort is set in a residential neighborhood so your beach will be as private as can be!

There is a tanning lawn, spas/hot tubs, three pools, and children's splash pool! There is a zero entry pool for the toddlers that has the water spouts that shoot out of the ground! There are children's activities such as pizza & movie night, scanvenger hunts, arts and crafts, etc. There an unbelievable Ocean front upscale dining room that has "Award Winning Cuisine". The food is outstanding!

There are beach front rocking chairs on the resorts lanai reminiscent of days long ago. There is typically a solo guitarist who sings Jimmy Buffet songs while you rock in your chairs and look at the beautiful view. There are also waiters who come around to your chair and take your drink order. What more could you ask for?

  • this is our second year at this condo at island vista. we was here in aug, of 2008 for two weeks and loved it so much, we came back again . and stayed for another two weeks and that was the first two weeks of oct. you can`t beat the spacious rooms and the ocean wiews. and watching the sun rise . and sun sets.its soooo relaxing , and still lots to do.i highly recommend this condo. and hope to return next year. thank you bunny kimo

  • Condo was as nice as shown on the internet listing. Granddaughter enjoyed having her own bedroom and full bath. The two king beds made it very nice my wife and I and my daughter and son-in-law. Would recommend the condo to anyone. The balcony is large and really gives a great view of the coastline and ocean.

The condo is decorated with great taste and has all the special touches--even throw blankets for watching tv! I would definitely stay again! You can't go wrong.

  • Over the last four years we have stayed in four different units at Island Vista. 914 was the nicest of the four as the furnishings were a cut above and the kitchen was the best equipped we have ever had in any condo rented. We cook a lot when in Myrtle beach and had every thing we needed. We have already booked a week for 2010!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at your beach condo. The Condo was nicely furnished, Beautiful views, great swimming pools and right on the beach. I will stay there again. Only down side, no beach toys for kids. We had to buy some. Still a great time.

  • We absolutely loved this condo. It was even nicer and larger in person than the pictures. The entire unit was spotless and beautiful. The three full bathrooms for 6 people was heavenly. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo.

  • I just wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had there the week of May 9th - 16th this year. We were not dissappointed at all. It was lovelier than the pictures. Everything we needed was available. Clean and neat, very comfortable & spacious.Excellent view and we even saw the dolphins swinmming. There were 3 couples in our group and we all had our privacy. Everyone was very happy and we are all hoping to return each year.

  • We had a great time at your beautiful condo, even though we felt like we were at a resort with all the amenities. Our family loves being on the beach, so that's what we did the most. We were amazed how loud the surf was even up on the 9th floor, so sitting on the large balcony and watching the birds diving for food and dolphins breaching down the beach line was another way to enjoy the views. Inside, the condo seemed even nicer than the photos, and our family of four could spread out, read, or watch one of the four tvs. We had some great seafood, golfed, went deep sea fishing, shopped, and saw a great show at the Alabama Theatre. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for letting us rent your place!

  • We stayed at your condo Aug. 16 thru 23rd with 4 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. The condo was incredible...plenty of room to spread out and do our own thing when needed. My 7 year old now thinks he should have his own TV in his room back home too! Their was no noise from the hall or neighbors at all which was a past complaint we had from other places. We would highly recommend this place for a large family who is looking for high quality and a peaceful trip. Will definately look at for next year!
