Edgewater Unit 503 a NON SMOKING UNIT offers a beautiful view of the Beach and Ocean from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Unit 503 recently completed its Full PLATINUM Renovation including new Carpet in both bedrooms, and tile flooring in the kitchen and living room. The Living Room furniture includes a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee and end tables, lamps, entertainment center and furnishings.
The dining room features a new table, 6 chairs, and 3 bar stools. The completely renovated kitchen features new high end stainless steel appliances (Smooth Top Self Cleaning Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Refrigerator with Ice Maker). New Silestone Countertops, Maple Cabinets, and Lighting fixtures in the Kitchen, Dining Room, Master Bath, Guest Bath truly set unit 503 apart from others. A new full size washer and dryer are also available for you personal use.
Other improvements include new luxurious bedding in both the Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom. The completly renovated Kitchen is fully furnished with new dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans and other amenities (including blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice cream scooper, pizza cutter, outdoor grilling utensils, lobster and crab sheers, shrimp pot, and plastic dishes and cups for pool and picnic use ) to provide you with everything you need for your family vacation.
Our condo is located at the curve of the building which offers absolutly unobstructed views of the beach, ocean, pool, and grounds from both the master bedroom balcony and the living room balcony. Used primarly by our family, we offer it on a limited basis for rental, and as such, you can be guaranteed of top of the line furnishings and not cheap rental quality products.
This beautiful Two Bedroom, Two Bath NON-SMOKING unit on the fifth floor is one of the larger Two Bedroom, Two Bath units at Edgewater and is professionally decorated and furnished. Painted in neutral colors, and comming with many high quality extras including 3 TV's, 3 DVD players, and 3 VCR players in the living room and each bedroom, this unit will please even the most discriminating guests and their family.
The Master bedroom features a walk out balcony with views of the beach, ocean, pool, and grounds, and has a King Size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, ceiling fan, remote control color TV with cable, DVD player, VHS player, CD player, alarm clock radio, telephone. The master bedroom also has new black-out draperies for your early morning comfort. The guest bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan, cable TV with remote, DVD player, VHS player, CD player, nine drawer dresser, alarm clock radio, telephone, and night-stand.
Other extras in unit 503 include a Stereo / 5 disc CD player and Cassette player in the Living Room and CD players in both bedrooms and telephones in the Living Room, Kitchen, and both Bedrooms. High Speed wireless internet access is provided free of charge in unit 503. We have even furnished a cordless phone with an answering machine for your convenience as well as top quality professional hair dryers in both bathrooms.
Unit 503 also offers an outdoor table and chairs including a lounge chair on the private balcony off the living room and Master Bedroom as well as a telescope for ocean viewing. And for those families with infants, we have provided a Pack-n-Play for your baby's comfort and safety, as well as a new high chair for our guests.
For your relaxation and enjoyment, you have a large selection of movies and books for the whole family to read and enjoy. There are even books and movies your young children will enjoy reading.
Also included in your weekly stay is COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SET UP each day during the summer featuring a large umbrella and 2 lounge chairs at absolutly no additional cost to you.
As an ADDED BONUS to our VRBO guests, you will have access to the OWNERS PRIVATE CLOSET where we keep addtional beach chairs, pool and beach floats, coolers to use at the pool and beach, as well as buckets, shovels, and other items for use at the beach. As owners, we truly have your family's comfort in mind.
RENTER REBATE: To show our appreciation for your deciding to stay in our condo, all previous guests of Unit 503 will receive an additional 10% owner appreciation rebate off Edgewater's summer rates. If this is your first time staying in Unit 503, the 10% discount will be mailed to you directly from the owner. To receive the rebate, you must specify "Unit 503" when you make your reservation and stay a minimum of one week. Our family had been vacationing in Destin for several years before we decided to purchase our condo at Edgewater. Edgewaters location in Destin and the fact that we are on the beach was the main reason for decision to buy at Edgewater.
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater
With all 5 of our children and their children loving a beach vacation, we knew that buying a condo would be a good investment that would be enjoyed for a long time by our family. We have specifically furnished our condo with quality furnishings since it is mainly used by our family. We do offer it for rental on a limited basis to offset the cost of owning it.

Guests who stay in our condo, also have free use of the items such as coolers, floats, and beach chairs, we keep in the private owners closet.

We have stayed at several units at Edgewater but this one stands out. Very well maintained, clean, great location, nice views and well appointed. If you are looking for a unit in Destin, look no further. This was a great experience!

Came with my friend and we had a great stay. Whoever did the interior design really knows what they are doing. The view is fantastic - roll out of bed to the beach and water vista. Close to the outlets, sandestin, and everything else. Love Eric and the guys at the beach who arrange the chairs/umbrellas. I'm definitely coming back to this amazing condo.

We have just returned from our vacation. Larry you have a wonderful condo. You have thought of everything. This is one of the nicest units I have ever stayed in. The complex is very safe and secure. I would recommend this unit to anyone. My 13 year old boys had a blast. larry, Thank you again for all your tips for local activities and restaurants. I think we tried to do them all. Great time. We were blessed with all the beauty and no oil.

We ABSOLUTELY loved our stay in Unit 503! We couldn't believe how well-decorated and cozy it was! We were on vacation with friends who stayed at Edgewater as well and all agreed that our condo was the best! The kitchen is definitely well-equipped with beautiful cabinets. The children's room is so cute with the green and brown beach decor - our girls LOVED the room! Our view from the balcony was so inviting and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning drinking coffee. The ONLY recommendation we would have is that the comforter in the Master bedroom needs to be either sewn or replaced and the mattress could probably be replaced as well. Other than that, we LOVED our first family vacation stay in Unit 503 and especially appreciated the recommendations of great places to visit from the owners. I would highly recommend this Unit! We enjoyed our stay in Room 503. The place was clean, well decorated, and perfect for a family. There were kids books and movies (luckily it hardly rained, so we didn't have to utilize them). The only bad part of our vacation was that we had to leave. We would definitely stay there again.

We wanted to thank you for a wonderful time in Destin. Your family's condo was everything the ad showed and more. I think we had one of the best views of the pool and beach. It was nice to know that we would have no problem arriving at 1:00 AM, and that we could simply go from the car to the room and put the children to bed. Even though they woke us up at 6:30 ready to go swimming. Everything we needed was in the condo, and the kids had a blast both at the pool and the beach. The A/C kept the condo nice and cool, and there was plenty of hot water for everyone's long showers. I will not hesitate you recommend your condo to anyone. Thank you again. We just completed our second stay in unit 503. We were there in 2006 and again in July of 2007. The unit is furnished beautifully. Loved the new tile in the living room!! The owner is so easy to deal with. We will definetly be back to stay in this unit again. The Merriman Family

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. All the little extras, like the big shrimp pot, made our family vacation a great time. We boiled shrimp for the first time, and the children enjoyed it so much we ended up having shrimp 3 times. You definatly have a very nice condo, and we will be back next year. My wife and I decided to take a long weekend vacation and looked into unit 503 after seeing it on VRBO. After talking with the owner, we decided to book his unit and we are very pleased with our decision. Not only was it very relaxing in the unit, but we felt that we were in our own home. Not only did everything work as promised, but the owner even called us to make sure everything was clean since new tile flooring had been installed that week. We will definatly be comming back to this unit with friends.
