We had a family gathering and wanted to go to the mountains. We were looking to Kayake and hike. Frisco turned out to be the perfect location. The house we rented was affordable and clean! I am big on clean! We would definitely stay at this house again in the future. It was so comfortable! The bike path was right around the cormer and was beautiful. The town was within walking distance and provided lots of activity and shopping! The only thing that I would suggest to the owner, is to make the back porch a little more inviting. It was a bit weathered with dirty and broken plastic chairs. This would not keep me from coming again though- the accomodations were great! Thank you!Did you find this review helpful? My family of eight adults spent two very comfortable weeks in this lovely home. The descriptions and the pictures are very accurate. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. We all had real beds and we all had a comfortable place to sit, which was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots and pans, bowls, utensils, knives, glasses, mugs, and dishes. The kitchen was equipped with basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and vinegar. There was enough room for three of us to work in the kitchen at the same time. The outdoor grill also worked very well. We had five computers that all worked fine with the wi-fi. The owner is very responsive to e-mails. We had a problem with the kitchen sink and she responded quickly, bringing in someone to fix it. We loved having a washer and dryer. The location is also great. It is very close to the bike path that goes from Copper Mt through Frisco to Breckenridge. It is an easy walk to town and has good access to I-70. This is a really great place to stay in Frisco.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Actual date of stay: July 17, 2010 - July 31, 2010 We are very pleased to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay in Frisco and that our townhouse met their expectations of comfort, amenities and location. We take pride in being responsive to our guests needs from the start of the reservation process and throughout their stay.

Why the Owner Chose Royal Glen:
We have been vacationing in Frisco, CO for years. We always dreamed of owning a vacation home here. Frisco is small and charming, but with all of the conveniences close by. The restaurants and shops are great. We love the location of our unit for it's close proximity to Main Street and the bike trail. Royal Glen is a small 16 unit property, so it is intimate and quiet.
