The house spans 3,500+ square feet and has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. There is a bright and inviting living room with two glass sliding doors overlooking a gorgeous lawn and in-ground pool. Adjacent is a formal dining room with fireplace, large open chef’s kitchen and spacious bedrooms making this house the perfect Hamptons retreat.
The 700sf basement living room was recently finished with a walk-out sliding glass door, couches, love seat, card table and cable TV.

Owner has failed to return numerous phone calls. Still awaiting return of our security deposit - the home was left in perfect condition.
Owner response:Sorry for the delay, but if I recall correctly the check was returned to the address on the deposit check, which was not current, the security was eventually refunded in full. We have no interest in keeping tenants security deposits for no reason.
