"We had a wonderful family vacation on Rum Point! Dream Kai is well-maintained and fully equipped; perfect for our family of four. Loved having separate bedrooms and room to spread out. The screened-in porch was lovely too. The view of the cove is so peaceful and the pool is great. We loved hanging out at Rum Point and spent a lot of time snorkeling around the dock. Took a trip to Stingray City with Red Sail Sports. Also explored Seven Mile Beach and went parasailing, took a snorkel trip with Ocean Frontiers on the East End for awesome sea life, and visited Spotts Beach, where we saw sea turtles. Only downsides were driving on the left when the roads aren't well marked and the U.S./Cayman exchange rate. All in all, it was a fabulous trip! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!"Guest: Kristi E. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 11, 2014View listing
"My son and I travelled to Cayman Brac for the U15 girls CONCACAF tournament, not knowing what we were getting into we trusted Minnie 100% and winged it. Everything she suggested, emailed, and arranged was perfect. The pictures are exactly what you are going to experience. The apartment was the cleanest on the beach a true Caribbean gem that I have stayed at. The bakery and the ice cream place were both just as spotless and the treats were heavenly. Hank was a true pleasure to meet, his knowledge of the island and love for Minnie is something you don't see very much in Western Culture. His energy and work ethics are top shelf for sure, anything you need, he is there for you. The kitchen fully equipped, cooked a few meals. The bed comfy, and listening to the ocean in the morning with coffee on the porch is priceless. You will need a car, as the island is not a walking friendly from A to B place but have Minnie arrange it for you, they drop off and pick up on a moments notice. We were not here for diving - lots of soccer - but others said it was breath taking and worth the 3 flights from Canada. This is a place to relax, de-stress, sleep, do some mind work and enjoy! The beach is great make sure you bring water shoes, the whole island is a reef very sharp. Thanks again Minnie!!! Top shelf find on Cayman Brac!"Guest: Soccer MOM Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 12, 2014View listing
"My family was so lucky to have found such a lovely condo for our recent vacation. This area of Grand Cayman was quiet and relaxing. We rented a car which ended up being an adventure in itself as the cars there are right hand drive and driving on the left side. The condo was just great, one of the best we've ever had from VRBO, pictures don't do it justice! It was very well equipped, anything we could need. I especially appreciated all the things in the kitchen. The beach and pool area of condo were very well maintained and beautiful. The condo owner was great to work with and patient with my long list of questions before arriving. Highlights of our trip were 3 days of diving with Dive Tech just down the beach, bioluminescent night kayak with Cayman Kayak, & touring the island. Our best meal was at Calypso Grill. We also enjoyed sunset snorkel and dinner at Cracked Conch. All in all a relaxing, sunny week for our first trip to Grand Cayman."Guest: Beth and Michael O. "We just returned from a week Grand Cayman, and this accommodation is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I, my sister and brother-in-law, and seventeen year old son stayed in the condo. The view is breathtaking! The location in perfect, on the beach, very close to many fine restaurants. We rented a car and are glad we did, we needed to drive to the restaurants we wanted to visit in Georgetown. The condo is beautiful, it is so nice to be at the beach, but to also have a luxurious accommodation. We grilled out a few nights, it allowed us to watch the sunset right from the deck. Would highly recommend staying here - the owner was also very helpful and accommodating."Guest: Kate T. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 27, 2014View listing
Cayman Islands Travel Tips
Cayman Island Rentals Are Bases to Discover Paradise
Discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503, the Cayman Islands were originally named Las Tortugas after the numerous sea turtles there. The Cayman Islands are now ideal locations for today’s explorers. Cayman Islands rentals give independent travelers bases from which to discover the myriad of attractions on the Cayman Islands. Cayman Islands villas allow you to discover exciting activities at lovely Caribbean resorts.
Cayman Island Villas for Relaxation and Education
Seven Mile Beach is one of the Caribbean’s premier beaches. Located on Grand Cayman, it is easily accessible from all Cayman Island villas. South of Seven Mile Beach is Georgetown, the capital of the Cayman Islands and home to several Caribbean resorts. Located here is the Cayman Islands National Museum. There are more than 2,000 items portraying the natural, social, and cultural history of the Caymans. Take time away from your comfortable Cayman Islands rentals to visit the Cayman Turtle Farm. This is a fascinating excursion where you can see the work being carried out to bring back the population of endangered green sea turtles.
Explore Sea Life at Caribbean Resorts
No excursion from Caribbean resorts is complete without visiting Stingray City. Conveniently located close to Cayman Islands rentals, this attraction is where a large number of stingrays gather. It is believed that the fish come to the area because local fisherman used to clean and gut their catches here. Now visitors wade onto the waist-deep sandbar to pet and feed these amazing creatures. This will be an unforgettable experience to remember when you look back on your time in Cayman Islands villas.
Caribbean Resorts for World-renowned Diving on your Doorstep
