"Me and my family had the incredible opportunity to stay in this immaculate condo from December 1st to July 4th this past year and it was far and away the nicest place we have ever stayed. Pictures and descriptions can't do this place justice, it's something you have to actually see and experience for yourself. The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. Not only do you get wonderful sunsets you also can see the fireworks almost every night. This trip was one we will never forget and I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of visiting Puerto Vallarta or Mexico in general. We wish everyday that we were still there!"

"It was our tenth time in PV but all our usual rentals were full up. We found this place and thought we'd give it a try. Best decision we've made in a long time! This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated and you can't beat the view. It has lots of little touches -- double filtered tap water, efficient air conditioning, well appointed kitchen, nice little pool. The location is also very good, 5 minutes from Los Muertos beach and just across the highway from the best restaurant in town, Bistro Teresa. Most people wouldn't want to make the climb to the condo on foot -- 200 steps, give or take -- but it's only a $3.50 cab ride. A bonus is Paty, the helpful and friendly property manager, who's just a phone call away. And best of all . . . we paid $120 a night in high season! Try to find anything close to this quality for that price -- you can't!"

"This condo is an exceptional property. We were a group of 5 women (2 moms and 3 daughters in their 20s) and we LOVED Molino de Agua and its prime location. The unit is so spacious, the views are spectacular, and the grounds are pristine. There is no need for a car. We walked everywhere... Zumba was just down the street each morning at 8am. There is a wonderful bakery across the street and a multitude of wonderful restaurants within walking distance in every direction. We had all sorts of ambitious plans for excursions but once we settled in we got very lazy very quickly. I think they call it "sand gravity" The heated pool is really lovely and very large. The pool bar offers great drinks and food or you can just go next door to the Sea Monkey for food and their dollar Margaritas. The beach area was also very enjoyable for lounging. The beach right in front of the condo isn't very swimmable but if you walk about 10 minutes south you can find a much nicer swim area on Los Muertos Beach where you can enjoy the waves and boogie board if you like. Of course the Malecon is right in front for walks or morning runs. We loved taking the bus to Boca and hiking to Las Animas and then eating at the Ocean Grill. This was recommended by Kelly the owner and it was a very fun day. We also rented stand up paddleboards at the beach and had a very fun hour frolicking in the ocean. This place was wonderful on so many levels and offered us such a relaxing and fun experience. There are so many things we just didn't get around to doing so we definitely will be back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a wonderful Puerto Vallarta experience."

"I was truly impressed with all aspects of this condo. It is spacious, tastefully decorated, well laid out and has a fantastic deck overlooking the entire town below. The glass doors in the front push open all the way across the front of the entire condo providing a true indoor/outdoor space and allowing for a refreshing cross breeze. Sitting out in the whirlpool on the deck was a real treat. The master bedroom is extremely large and well appointed. The airconditioning in the bedrooms work great if you need it. There are ceiling fans everywhere else. We chose not to do much cooking in the unit as we loved heading into town to try all the great resturants. However, the kitchen is fully equipped had we wanted to make our own meals. The condo pool below is very clean and large with beautiful landscaping around it. I definitely hope to be back! A few pointers: the walk into town is about 10 minutes. The way back to the condo requires you to navigate fairly steep stairs and streets so anyone who has mobility issues might want to think twice or be prepared to use a cab to go into town. Airport taxis do have problems finding the place so Michael's welcoming instructions should be kept handy to show them."
