This spacious apartment sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with a king size bed and two singles. A bright lounge with large wide screen TV with double doors that opens out onto a L shaped terrace which has stunning views over the golf course. There is a fully fitted kitchen which has recently been refurbished creating an open breakfast bar, with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, steamer, blender, coffee machine washing machine and microwave oven. The shared bathroom has a bath, shower, wash hand basin and toilet. There is a 2nd on suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Parking is on street in front of the block, there is an underground parking space accessed with a remote control fob on request.

The complex is gated and has a 24hr a day security staff onsite.

You will find a variety of restaurants including an Italian, Indian and Snack bar. The club house has a relaxed atmosphere, showing live sports and entertainment. There is also an Ice Cream parlour and Tapas bar that open seasonally.
