Pura Vida Beach House On Beautiful Sullivans Island SC
Pura Vida Beach House is an Ultimate Sullivan's Island Beach House. Just 175 steps to the beach, with 4 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, stunning pool, covered pool side lanai and bar, Japanese soaking tub, covered outside entertainment areas and three levels of decks galore. Exquisitely furnished island style inside and out. Your family will never want to leave pristine Sullivan's after staying here.
1st floor has gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, living room, Entertainment/media room, powder room, Master bedroom en suite master bathroom, paneled library, additional full bath with steam shower and full laundry room. Living deck runs length of the 1st floor overlooking pool.
2nd floor has 3 queen bedrooms, TV/game room, card room, full bath, and a covered deck.
Pool level has covered lanai with mahogany bar, Japanese soaking tub, outdoor shower, chaise lounges, and more.
This is our primary home and it is available only 8 weeks this year, starting June 10- Aug 25, 2022. We can only accomodate families who will care for our house as their own.
I am sorry but due to family medical situation we cannot accept any pets.

Note: Please know Sullivan's Island Town restricts most rentals to a minimum of 28 days, just like they do in the Hamptons, NY. There are virtually no truly high quality weekly rentals.

Our family are all about the beach and ocean. We surf , paddle board, and kite board as often as possible and live outside on the decks of this house. Stations 281/2 and 29 on Sullivan's is the entrance to some of the finest kite boarding and ocean paddle boarding on the east coast. The kitchen has everything you need for superb food with local ingredients or gourmet if that is your preference. ENJOY!
