14 Turtle Beach Lane, just 5 houses down the beach from the Sanctuary (Kiawah Island's 5 star luxury hotel), provides stunning 180 degree ocean views from porches on both levels of this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, 3,200 SF gem. Property was completely gutted and rebuilt in 2009 and is in excellent condition. The floor plan is inverted, and the lower level features 2 king size bed master bedrooms with gorgeous master bathrooms and walk in showers. A third bedroom on the lower level has 2 twin size beds and a fourth bedroom on the upper level has a queen bed.
Along with THE MOST stunning golf course and ocean views on the island, the upstairs features a world class kitchen with granite counter tops, island and breakfast bar. Ocean front seating for 8 at the table in clear view of all dolphin traffic! Stainless steel appliances, separate beverage refrigerator and separate ice maker, nothing is left out!
Property features a modern elevator that extends from ground to top levels for easy access, 2 laundry rooms (one on each level), Sonos stereo system, and flat screen televisions in the family room and all bedrooms. Beautiful and tastefully decorated and appointed!
Property also has access to the Turtle Beach Enclave community pool, only owners and guests have access to this lovely and quiet pool area with loungers and umbrellas.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is awesome! The location can't be beat-we really enjoyed being on the golf course as well as the beach. The house is spacious and clean. There is a great deck to sit on and watch the waves and the golfers. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The only suggestion I could make is more plastic containers in the kitchen as we like to cook and have leftovers. This is a minor thing but it is really the only thing I could think of as far as improvements needed. We would love to go back!

Amazing home and view

This home is absolutely gorgeous, it is bright, airy and the decor is beautiful. The bedrooms are very large and it is a treat to have 2 master suites! It is tastefully appointed and every detail has been thought through. The view is spectacular! The ocean views from the entire 2nd floor and the master bedroom are amazing, you see the ocean and beach for miles! The owners were super thoughtful and lovely. We highly recommend this house!
