This beautiful and stylish 2 bedroom apartment is the ultimate base for your holiday. Located in the centre of Carvoeiro on the Monte Dourado Resort, everything is right on your doorstep. A very popular resort, you can take your pick of the 5 outdoor pools that the resort has to offer and may also enjoy the resort tennis courts.

A 5 minute walk will take you to the town square and a stunning golden sand beach where many open-air events are hosted throughout the summer.

Whether a family holiday, adventure holiday or romantic getaway, Carvoeiro has something for everyone. An abundance or restaurants, cafés, dining experiences, live entertainment, boat trips, watersports, tennis, hiking, scuba diving, cliff walking and so much more.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hall, open plan living / dining / kitchen area with sliding doors opening onto a large balcony, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom and second bathroom.

The master bedroom has a large double bed and the other bedroom is a twin room. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower whereas the other bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

A cot and high chair are avaiable on request.

Guests will have the sole use of the apartment and shared use of the swimming pool.

Inside the apartment is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the apartment and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the property.

There are various amenities within walking distance however buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank just 300 meters from the apartment.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
