Inside, this cozy apartment welcomes you with natural wood details and cabin-inspired decor. The living room features a comfortable couch and armchairs, which surround a flatscreen TV and a decorative fireplace (please note that this fireplace is non-functional). Lounge on the couch while you browse the cable channels, or use the complimentary wireless internet to check in with friends back home.

The kitchen, which has been remodeled and features brand new stainless steel appliances, and dining area is adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and ample counter space ensures you'll have no trouble putting together a home-cooked meal or an aprés-ski snack. Sit down to eat as a group at the four-person dining room table. Afterward, put your dishes in the dishwasher for easy and effortless cleanup. From the dining area, sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony. Sip a glass of wine while you admire the partial mountain views. One bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a flatscreen TV, while the other bedroom has two twin-size beds.

The condo was very clean, very nicely decorated, and comfortable living room furniture. Offered some extra folding chairs in the outside closet which was super helpful. Also provided bathroom and kitchen essentials such as shampoos and soaps, as well as paper towels and trash bags.

Met our needs, could have been better

The location was convenient and access and check in were seamless. Downsides were that the bedrooms did not have windows to the outside and were on a fresh air recirculation system that still left the rooms feeling hot and stuffy. Found hairs on sheets in the twin bedroom and the shower curtain was dirty. One twin bed missing flat sheet. Pro: Hot tub was clean and functioned well.

Not aware until final notifications that there was no elevator and we were on third floor. Condo didn’t cool at night despite cool temps. Hot tub was closed. Condo was not clean- under beds were dirty clothing, dust, a shoe, a pill, etc. in bathroom there was a long hair in tub and outside of toilet bowl had urine stains. Light bulb missing in kitchen fixture. Too bad as nice decor, well stocked and nice location for reasonable price.

Charming Condo, Not so Charming Property Manager

Our four-night stay included plans of skiing all day and watching NFL playoffs and college bowl games all evening. But we noticed immediately upon check-in that none of the televisions in the unit were operable - seemingly due to remote issues. We did a bunch of troubleshooting on our own - replaced batteries, tried different remotes on different tvs, etc with no luck. Spent over an hour that evening on the phone in multiple calls with the property manager (mostly on hold) and was promised someone would come to the unit to resolve. No one ever came and we never heard back the entire stay. Condo itself was great otherwise. Check-in was simple and instructions were clear. It is a third-floor walk-up but there is a very convenient luggage lift so we did not have to carry all our things up and down the stairs. The shuttle picks up right outside the building door. There was sufficient outdoor parking. The interior common spaces are great places to gather with friends and stretch out - lots of tables for game play, shared meals, conversation. The indoor pool and hot tub make them enjoyable year-round.

Clean but basic

The property manager responded quickly to text the day of our arrival the first day. Upon arrival, the electronic key pad would not work (no big deal, there was a key that we used throughout our stay). The condo was looked and smelled clean. You enter through the bedroom. There is no pack n play despite the listing saying it had one. There was no parking pass in the unit despite the listing saying so. I texted the manager several times to never hear back from them again our entire stay. (Messages were read though). The house was very minimally stocked. No spices, condiments, basic cooking needs. There were a few pots, pans, utensils, etc though. Be prepared to stop in Gunnison to avoid over paying for any groceries, or bring your own basics. You have to pay to play pool down stairs. It costs about 6 to do a load of laundry. It is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was fine but a long walk, especially with ski gear (be prepared). There is no designated space for ski storage but we used the balcony. One day while staying in with my 2 year old, Spectrum internet ppl came to do repairs and stayed for an hour and half. I was completely unaware and was made uncomfortable by the whole situation. And of course, the manager never responded to messages about it. We enjoyed the hot tub each night and the indoor pool. The location is GREAT! We could step outside the condo and catch the free shuttle to drop us off at the mountain base to ski.

comfortable and great size, but no elevator

Perfect size for our family. We had altitude sickness, so it was nice to have the separate bedrooms since we had fatigue. Being on the 3rd floor with no elevator was pretty bad . . . due to not being a le to breathe easily. It got warm in the afternoon and there were no operable windows in the bedrooms, but the fans made it okay. Ultimately. it was a great size and very comfortable. .. fun to have ping pong and pool easily available at the place and close to bus (although we drove into town and to walking trails).

No Functioning Hot Tub

The only reason we booked this property over others was that it listed a hot tub in the title of the listing. We arrived at the property to discover the hot tub had been out of service for several weeks with no repair date available. I tried contacting the property management for the unit (Vacasa) however the local manager never contacted me despite multiple outreaches. I ended up contacting VRBO directly and told them we needed to check out and requested a refund for the balance of the nights because a key ammenity that was advertised was missing. They agreed to process the refund for the remaining nights but we haven't yet see those funds arrive. This also required us to pack back up and move to another property which was an inconvenience. When you book a VRBO you hope that the management will deal with any issues but we were left in the dust. All of this could have been avoided with an updated listing.
