Adventure Launchpad or Cosy Resting Space

Wonderful hillside location with an amazing back yard, just right for a memorable Asheville adventure. Free Frisbee golf course in neighborhood, 1.5 miles to river adventures like tubbing and kayaking. 2 miles to down town, the river arts district or UNCA. 7 miles to the Biltmore Estate and Village, and 9 miles to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. Or stay in with all of our comfortable amenities! We do have a 3 day minimum stay for reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Drive way is steep, but will hold 10 off street vehicles.

Good House

The response from the property manager, Helen, was awesome regarding a couple of questions I had. The house was clean except for the hot tub so we didn't use it. It was a good thing we looked because it needed water added. The couch needs to be replaced and there wasn't a toaster. The supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms were great. We thought the location was good to stuff we wanted to see and do. Overall a good house.

Great getaway home for friends or family

Family used this property for Thanksgiving. 3 full beds and 3 full bathrooms made is very easy. House is a perfect size and ample room for family fun. Back yard was great. The outside of the property definitely needs more lighting. If you are going to arrive at night, make sure to bring a flashlight. No other complaints.

Gem not far from Ashville

All was exactly as detailed on the site. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive when the grill ran out. Very easy to check. Good location to go out site seeing from. Ashville has a lot to offer for all. We loved our time. Wish we had longer!
