New owners have completely remodeled this beautiful loft unit. All new kitchen, bedroom, shower and living room furniture make our home feel like your home. New for 2015 is the huge, 60" HDTV, sound bar, Blu-ray/DVD player, concealed-element range/oven, and other improvements we're sure you'll enjoy.

Quiet design has no common walls with other units in the building and faces away from the street for a true mountain 'escape' feeling.

An easy 150 yard walk to the Quicksilver chairlift makes this complex a highly desired choice. Downtown Breckenridge is also a short, easy walk with shopping and restaurants galore! (No need to drive and struggle with the tight parking in Breck)

Our unit has a king-size log bed in the master bedroom for those people accustomed to 'spreading out', with two twin beds in the loft bedroom and two twin trundle beds in the open loft area. There are 2 indoor & 2 outdoor hot tubs & a large pool for the complex - Don't be cramped on your vacation!

PLEASE check our calendar via the link below for availability before contacting us. Occasionally dates shown as available are in the process of being reserved. We try to allow everyone a chance to book their other travel arrangements as quickly as possible.

We request a minumum stay of two nights except during certain time periods, and there is a $90 cleaning/linen fee per visit. We are offering a 20% rental fee discount for any reservation made within 10 days of arrival, which should help us fill those 'last minute' vacancies and provide an additional opportunity for 'locals' to take advantage of any unused dates.

Please note that VRBO has recently added a feature which allows guests to enter their credit card information when making a request, but even if those dates are available, we may choose not to accept your reservation for other reasons. We suggest contacting us first BEFORE making a deposit, preferably via email.

Please also note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs at 9500' altitude because there are no elevators in either Timbernest building. If that's not for you, please consider staying elsewhere!

We bought this unit primarily for it's close proximity to the ski lifts and Main Street Breckenridge and have not regretted it one bit since!

What makes this condo unique

Virtually NO traffic noise in the area compared to "in town" locations and we really like the old rustic pool setting of our complex.

Perfect location

We stayed here in August while we raced the Breck Epic. The only downside to the unit is that it is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The walk upstairs after mountain bike racing all day was a little tiring but this condo was so perfectly located that it made it worth the effort. It's centrally located between the ice rink, the resort, and the downtown area. Everything is within walking distance. The big TV and super comfy recliners were awesome to rest up for the next days racing. We loved it!

Summer Vacation

My husband 3 children and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We had lots of room for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The condo is a short distance to downtown and all our other day trip destinations we visited while there. The hot tub and pool were great even though we did not use them as much as we hoped between the stormy weather and just running out of time to get there before the club house closed at 8:00. Tough walk up to the 3rd level of the condo when your not used to the altitude and carrying grocieries or luggage. But otherwise everything was great. Would stay again if we go back to Breckinridge.
