Sinulla voi olla molempia! Varaa lomasi tässä viihtyisässä, makeassa vedessä, lampaanpelastuksessa BREWSTERin sydämessä, joka sijaitsee metsissä laululintujen ympäröimänä. Kotimme on hyvin lähellä Bayside ja Nantucket Sound rannat, ja lyhyen ajomatkan Cape Cod National Seashore!

Levitä aamukahvia tai teetä ulos yksityisellä telakalla tarkkailemalla asukkaita ankkoja ja joutsenta, kun aurinko nousee veden yli. Vuokraa kajakkejamme tai tuo omia melontalevyjä, kajakkeja tai kanootteja ja tutustu tähän koskemattomaan 93 hehtaarin vedenkeitin lampeen, joka yhdistää suoraan entistä suurempaan Upper Mill Pondiin. Tarkkaile täysikuu veden yli telakasta, kannesta tai 2. kerroksesta päällikön sviitistä (lisätty vuonna 2015) - upea!

Jaa grilli tai keitetty hummeri kannella näkymä lampi, perheen tyyliin. Sisällä on runsaasti tilaa kodin viihdettä varten - musiikkia, televisiota tai elokuvia. Jos kyseessä on sateinen päivä, on pelejä, palapelejä, pingistä, Foosballia, mini-uima-allas tai asettua hienoon kirjaan!

4 makuuhuonetta (3 ilmastoitua ja kaikissa on kattotuuletin) nukkua 8 mukavasti kuningas, kuningatar, täysi ja kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

On 3 FULL kylpyhuonetta, joista yksi pääoven eteinen, jossa amme / suihku. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa queen makuuhuoneessa on yhteys oma kylpyhuone jalustalla pesuallas ja walk-in marmori kaakeloitu suihku. Toisessa kerroksessa Master Suite on oma marmori kaakeloitu kylpyhuone kaksinkertaisella lavuaarit ja suihkukaappi.

Keittiössä on quartzite työtasot, laatta backsplash, upouusi ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, suuri saari istuimet 4, maatilan pöytä istumatilaa 6, parkettiliiketoiminnan ja kaunis 5 jalka ikkuna näkymä lampi!

Löydät pyykinpesukoneet puhtaassa, keskeneräisessä alakerrassa yhdellä tasolla, sekä täysikokoinen pingispöytä, foosball-pöytä, mini-biljardipöytä ja 4 ylimääräistä Adirondack-tuolia ulkona rentoutumiseen. Kävele ulos kellarista liukuvien lasiovien kautta lyhyen polun kautta yksityiselle telakallemme.

Tämä on täydellinen ominaisuus niille, jotka haluavat kaunis, päivitetty, puhdas, avoin käsite kotiin vedessä. Se sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla ja lähellä kaikkea!

Brewster lake house

Sue and Tom were some of the nicest hosts we’ve ever dealt with and the house was pretty perfect all around. The attention to detail in the house is amazing, as they’ve really thought of everything you would need for a great vacation. We loved the kayaks and the ping pong table and the kitchen was so well stocked with beautiful appliances and utensils. It was also very quiet and peaceful on the lake with a lovely deck overlooking it. Would happily stay again next summer!

The Perfect Getaway

Better than the pictures! We had the best stay at Tom & Sue's place and would definitely come again. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality materials (from someone who loves to cook), the view of the water was so peaceful, anything you need was provided. The location was very central, we went all over the Cape during our week there. Not a single complaint and can't wait for our next one.

This was the perfect property for us- two families with young kids. Impeccable condition, well stocked kitchen, great deck overlooking beautiful pond where we swam and kayaked daily. Just a 7min drive to our fave bayside beaches. Fantastic communication from the hosts. Would give 6 stars if that were possible!

Beautiful home and pond-front location

Eight of us were down for the week - my sister and I along with our children and her grandchildren. The home is incredible. It is in pristine condition and I am quite envious of the home owners. The Captains chairs on the deck overlooking the pond were my favorite location for my morning coffee and listening to the birds. Everyone had fun taking out the kayaks and seeing some wildlife on the pond. We had a few fires in the fire pit along with some marshmallows. We had a fantastic time.

Perfect 3 generational vacation!

Perfection is the best way to describe this home. What makes this home special is the home owners attention to detail.It was spotless which we so appreciated which then set the tone for the week. Well appointed kitchen above and beyond! Our standing comment was, “ I found it, they have everything!” and the reply back was always “ of course they do!” Best showers & comfortable beds. The upstairs primary suite was perfect! This home as enough space to hang out in even on a rainy day. Well stocked with games, ping pong and excellent size tv’s. Location and access to beaches and restaurants are very convenient. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions. Best Rental So Far

We’ve been renting on the Cape, usually in the Brewster area, since 2010. This home is our favorite by far. Close to both Brewster and Dennis beaches, but having the pond in the “backyard” was ideal. The house was spotless, beautifully renovated and decorated, and with everything you need plus things you didn’t realize you needed. The scene from the deck was just ideal, and the upstairs master suite was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Loved our week there!

Wonderful!

Our stay at Sue and Tom’s beautiful home exceeded our expectations! The house in general is spectacular. It is newly renovated, extremely clean, and slept 7 adults very comfortably. The view of the pond and the outdoor space/deck were just an added bonus. Sue was a pleasure to work with! We look forward to renting this house again. Would highly recommend over and over!

Nothing short of PERFECT

I don't know what more to say to add to these raving reviews, but I certainly need to chime in! We have stayed in many homes in many cities and not one is as perfect as Sue & Tom's Brewster home. I know "perfect " is hard to live up to, but I can guarantee that is the correct word. The home is immaculate and so well thought out. The beds are all comfortable, the layout is amazing, the location and grounds are fantastic. The amenities are thoughtful and top notch. We immediately felt at home and I cannot think of one thing we needed or would change. Even the mulch was clean!! The kayaks were a wonderful extra, as was the fire pit and the ping pong table. It's not often we get to sit around quietly with our 4 "twenty-something' kids for quality time, but this house sure brought us together! We've never been to Cape Cod before and the whole experience was punctuated by how lovely and lovingly cared for this home is. Sue was so responsive and an absolute please to communicate with throughout the entire renting process. The items in the home are pure quality and we all felt spoiled. The kitchen layout is all function with high quality appliances, dishes, utensils and extras! The sheets and towels are luxurious and the renovations and upkeep are definitely noticeable and appreciated. Even a simple small pad of paper and pen tucked away was just right when we needed it. Thank you so much, Sue & Tom! We know this is likely our last vacation with our kids before everyone wanders away or adds a plus 1 and to know we wrapped up our nuclear family vacations on such a positive note is the most heartwarming memory we could have asked for! Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at Walker’s Pond with two of our adult children and their partners. In town for a family wedding in Dennis, the location was perfect. The home is very well appointed and in a beautiful waterfront setting. Susan and Tom are professional and warm. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

This place has it all!

We had a lovely stay on Walker Pond. A beautifully maintained and recently renovated home on Walkers Pond. The house had all the amenities you could ask for. The owners are super responsive and have curated a wonderful space to relax and enjoy. I greatly recommend renting the kayaks as we had a great time paddling around the pond. Enjoying the views from the deck was also a highlight to every morning. An amazing stay all around!

The owners Sue and Tom are great to deal with. They were extremely helpful in answering all our questions from the start. The house was stocked with anything one could need. Great stay in Brewster, MA!

Our family had a great time at Sue and Tom's house in Brewster. The house is spotlessly clean, and everything is clearly labeled and well documented. The house is beautifully renovated, especially the upstairs master bedroom suite which has huge windows overlooking the lovely pond. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything we needed, and when we had questions Sue was very quick to help via text. We enjoyed kayaking on the pond and would recommend that activity as well. We highly recommend this home!

Loved Walker Pond

My family and I very much enjoyed enjoyed our stay at Tom and Sue’s beautiful Walker Pond home. We had peach and quite both int he house and while kayaking or paddle boarding on the pond. The house was perfect for my family with plenty of space to spread out. We had everything we needed and the house was incredibly clean. A great stay!!!

We had a fabulous time at this lovely home on the pond. Perfect spot for kayaking and just a short ride to beaches, restaurants, shopping and bike trails. Tom and Sue were very nice and super accommodating. They thought of everything to make your stay welcoming.

Beautiful comfortable home in great location

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tom and Sue are wonderful hosts, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautifully renovated, immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and cozy. Every bed is comfortable, as are all the sitting areas. Bathrooms are newly renovated and beautiful also. I often bring my own cooking supplies to a house rental, but there was no need for me to have done this, as the house was sufficiently stocked with good-quality pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. There were many games and books available, and our sons enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the (incredibly clean!) basement. The location is so peaceful and quiet, yet convenient to everything we needed (bike trails, bay and ocean beaches, ponds, restaurants, shops.) Being right on the pond was a wonderful treat. We loved sitting on the dock and admiring the pond, and also enjoying the views from the deck and inside the house. What a treat to wake up (in the beautiful and spacious master bedroom) to the sunrise and the mist on the pond. Definitely rent the kayaks, we had a blast. Such a great way to see birds and turtles and the leaves turning lovely fall colors. We had gorgeous weather, so also enjoyed biking and going to the nearby beaches. It was extremely helpful that Tom and Sue have a binder of very clear and useful information about the area, and all the appliance manuals. Everything in the house is clearly labeled. We’ve been going to the Cape for several decades, but appreciated all the advice and suggestions outlined in such detail in the binder. We hope to return for another stay in the Meyer’s beautiful home. Highly recommend!

Tranquil Walkers Pond

Breathtaking, Picturesque, Tranquil view on Walkers Pond. This lovely home was impeccably clean, spacious, along with Turquoise accents, complimenting our visit to the beautiful blue waters on Cape Cod! Nothing was omitted for our convenience. Peacefulness on Walkers Pond

Great house - Sue and Tom were attentive from the beginning of our stay through the end. Sue and Tom did a wonderful job making their home comfortable for guests. All kitchen appliances are top of the line. Great cookware; dishes and utensils are neatly and conveniently located. We brought our own but Sue and Tom had plenty of spices, etc. to share. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms tastefully decorated. Bathrooms were all new and beautifully decorated also. A quiet neighborhood and close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. Parking available for 5-6 cars. Mother Nature was good to us and so we were able to enjoy both Walker Pond and local beaches (favorite is Mayflower) every day. Sitting on the deck or dock having your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine - priceless. Highly recommend this home to make great memories. Thank you Sue and Tom for sharing your home.

Summer on the lake

Fantastic property, attentivenjoyed ourve and kind owners, excellent condition of the house and property - the pictures don't tell half the story. We enjoyed our one week stay with 2 families very much. Thanks for making this a perfect stay !

Wonderful home on the lake

I stayed at Tom & Sue’s lovely home for a week in July with my family and the house and location are perfect! Everything is beautifully decorated and organized, with plenty of room both inside and outside to relax. There are kayaks to use on the lake, a gorgeous dock and back deck overlooking the water, and a fantastic fully stocked kitchen to cook in. The house was so clean and well kept, it was a pleasure to be there. We are looking forward to hopefully going back next year! This is the nicest rental we’ve had, and Tom and Sue are amazing hosts with lots of helpful info on the area. Highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property on Walker Pond

We spent a delightful week on Walker Pond with three generations of family. We loved using the kayaks and exploring the beautiful natural surroundings. The house was equipped with games and activities for our kids and we were an easy drive away from the Brewster beaches. We'd love to visit again and appreciate the hospitality of our hosts.

Stunning Property

Over the years we have rented many properties on the Cape but the consensus among my family is that Tom and Sue’s property is perfect for a get away. The house is recently renovated with all high end applicances. The Master Suite upstairs is beautiful and the view is breath taking. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a glorious stay!

Awesome house for a family visit

We visited Cape Cod to celebrate our anniversary and our son’s birthday in September. Although we did not get lucky with the weather, we still enjoyed the time spent at the house. It looks just like on pictures and has everything you could think of. We enjoyed sitting at the lake in the morning drinking our coffee and played the games when it rained. The house is awesome and the owners are very nice! Highly recommend this place!

Welcome to our beautiful Cape home! Sue and I purchased 361 Slough Road October 2017, after searching nearly two years for the perfect Cape Cod house. Sue grew up vacationing with her family on the Cape, and passed on that love to her family. We have continued that vacation tradition with our three daughters.
Sue and I grew up in Delmar and Troy, NY respectively, and have raised our family in nearby Brunswick, New York.
