The house was great. It was clean and in a quiet area, and close to all that Acadia National Park has to offer. It was a short drive to Bar Harbor.
The house itself was very well equipped and stocked, and had everything we needed. It was great having an entire house to ourselves at a reasonable cost. Nick was a very knowledgeable and gracious host. I would highly recommend the rental.
Beautiful Place to stay
The cottage was beautiful. Well kept, clean and Nick was a wonderful host. We were close to Acadia National park- Jorden Pond was maybe 3 min drive. One of the carriage roads were a 5 min walk away. Was in perfect time to see the horses on the carriage road. Nick provided little extra like coffee and blueberry tea. We really enjoyed. Thank you for our wonderful stay.
Thanks for your honest review,
Nice cottage in a quiet setting
Nick's cottage was great. My husband and I stayed with our greyhound. The location is great, in a neighborhood but yet very quiet. The house was well equipped, very clean.
Nick was a very kind and helpful host.
This was our first time up to Maine and I wonder why we waited so long.
Thanks for the nice review, much appreciated.
Had a wonderful time in Acadia. Coming back to Nick's cottage after days of exploring was like coming home. Cozy, quiet, clean, amazing location.
Nick is a wonderful person and host.
Coming back next year for a longer stay!
Thanks for writing such a honest, positive review.
Love this place!
This is the 9th time we have stayed at this place. We keep coming back as it is hard to stay away. The cottage is a true gem conveniently located to all that Acadia National Park has to offer- the carriage roads, Jordan Pond, Bar Harbor, hiking, biking, and a short walk to the ocean. For families, the house is equipped with all that you will need for your vacation. I highly recommend this rental to all who want to experience the awesomeness of Acadia National Park.
Thanks for a lovely honest reply. The 1st time guests that are here now feel the same.
Great cottage and great location to explore the park and the rest of the island.
