Like many traditional Maine homes, Glenwood Pond does not have air conditioning, and we do clearly note that in the listing. Most of the season, the screened windows, fans, and cool evening temperatures help keep the home comfortable, but your visit happened to fall during an unusually intense heat wave, with some of the hottest temperatures of the summer, which certainly made things more challenging. We’re grateful for your understanding and are always happy to provide as much information as possible so guests can choose the home that best fits their needs.
