THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Excellent property in Encinitas

We were composed of 3 generational family. The house was perfect for all of us. It was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. Thank you for having 2 king beds! We loved the decor and appreciated the thought that went into making it such a welcoming place to call “home” for a few days. The location is great to town and beach and it is quiet. There is construction next door (but it was labor day weekend) and it looks like the unit is close to being completed. We would love to return to this area and would love to rent this house again.

Fantastic beach house

This house is PERFECT for a family beach vacation. We had 8 people and reserved 3 of the 4 properties - they all connected seamlessly - while providing enough personal space and space to entertain. The multiple decks and outdoor spaces were larger than the other houses we have rented in the area. The house was well stocked, super clean, and had all of the beach gear we needed. Every step of reserving this property and communicating with the owners/managers was five star. We are booking again for next year!

Wonderful beach trip to Encinitas!

Wonderful accommodations for 11 of us. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was fully stocked. Loved the little notes everywhere. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Brenda is fantastic to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Beach Dream!

Wow, this property is amazing and Brenda is a gem to work with! The home is impecibly clean, beautifully decorated with an eclectic beach theme, stocked with ample basics and is huge! We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded with multiple living spaces and beautiful outdoor spaces. It is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to downtown. We didn’t eat in other than a quick breakfast on the run but if you were to prepare meals there is an abundance of kitchenware. It’s the perfect beach house and you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing Place!

The Endless Summer Manor is amazing. Brenda was really helpful in getting it set up for a large party of adults and kids. The location is great, the beach and restaurants are just 5 minutes walk away. We barely needed the car.

Perfect summer retreat!!!

This is a great summer retreat home. Its very spacious and accommodating for small or large families. We had 3 families 10 people in total and never felt cramped for space. The home walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. They have stocked the outdoor storage bins with beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards. Home was very clean and very well decorated. Brenda the property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. I will book again.

Best of the Beach!

This home is incredible. It is so beautifully appointed and incredibly decorated. Every finish is beautiful. We felt immediately at home and wished we lived here. The home is incredibly clean and feels new. We had the full home with 5 adults and 9 kids and it still felt spacious. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space and on the patios. Brenda was lovely and so wonderful to work with. Her daughter Elle taught some of the kids to surf too.

Sassy modern beach house for a big group

We couldn’t have found a better place to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family. Brenda was incredibly accommodating and very responsive anytime we had a question. The house has spacious rooms & a vibrant colorful decor that everyone adored. The porch swings got a lot of use. With our bikes it was 2 minutes to the beach or only a 7 minute walk. Our tween kids & their friends loved having a separate suite. All the beds are super comfortable too. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for many people. Loved the ocean view from the kitchen & front balcony. We look forward to staying there again!!

A cheerful designed space central to everything!

Our stay at the Endless Summer Manor was phenomenal. Brenda was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and taken care of exceeding expectations. The space is well thought out and versatile, making it conducive for a mix of people: families, couples, a small group of friends or singles. We enjoyed relaxing on the lawn, walking to the beach, saying hello to the friendly neighbors, and taking advantage of the countless restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. We can't wait to get back to the Manor and enjoy another endless weekend or better yet, week of perfection! Thank you Brenda!

Outstanding House

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. The home was beyond expectations. The photos do not give it justice. The location of the home is perfect. The beach is a short walk from the home. Restaurants, bars and shopping are at your fingertips. The home has everything you would ever need and is very kid friendly. Brenda was our point of contact and she does not miss any details. Great Vacation Rental

This home is brand new and was done to perfection. From the second we set foot to the moment we reluctantly left everything was great. We had two families and 4 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We cooked a few meals at home and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. Beds are brand new and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate. The top floor of this home has amazing views in all directions and is flooded with natural light. We used this rental as a home base to hit some of the San Diego attractions (Legoland, Safari Park, SeaWorld). Even though we had a 4-day pass and could have done an additional day out we stayed to close to home on our last day and went to Encinitas Community Park and Moonlight beach (both are great). From start to finish Brenda was very responsive, friendly to deal with and seems to be genuinely invested in her guests having a great experience while staying in this home. You can tell that a tremendous amount of thought was put into every detail. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Hang Ten Hut

Hi! We absolutely loved the Hang Ten Hut!!! The unit was absolutely immaculate and decorated wonderfully! I wish my house was like that! If I may make a suggestion only because it is brand new and we were the first renters - Clothing hooks on the back of all doors and room darkening curtains as in the other units. The blinds let the sun through them very early in the AM as to brighten up the entire room. The house is in the best location to the beach, shopping and restaurants and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend !!! Thank you so very much!
