About this property

Welcome to Our Home Away from Home

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located just steps from the beach on the intercoastal. The condo boasts an open floor plan with plenty of space to lounge while on vacation. The master bedroom has a fabulous view of the mangroves and small waterway that leads off the intercoastal. Sit in your pjs and watch the birds nesting in the trees from the bedroom or the large balcony right outside the door. There are two huge walk in closets in the master bedroom along with plenty of extra space to watch tv or work from home. The master bath has and jack and jill sinks as well as a walk in shower. In the kitchen you will find plenty of space to prepare a meal along with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The living room is spacious with a balcony that adjoins the master bedroom. The condo is located on the second floor just above the 2 car garage. There is no elevator but it really isn't needed since you can leave all of your beach gear in the garage. The stairs are covered with plenty of lighting to comfortably walk. The guest bedroom is large and has a roomy closet as well as a tv. No need to worry about laundry- there is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for you to use.

Rest and Relaxation

Our family had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything was clean, well maintained, and family friendly. After a busy few months this was exactly what our family needed to relax and unwind. The condo is located in a quiet area directly across from the beach which was great for our family with small kids.

My family and I live about an hour away from the condo. We have 3 kids that absolutely love the beach- that's why we bought this condo.

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties, over several months. Every property we looked at just wasn't a good fit. The ocean front properties were too small and too dated, the condo hotels felt too impersonal, and the condos without a water view felt too removed from the beach. When we came to this condo we knew right away it was perfect. It was spacious, quiet, had lots of storage space for beachy stuff, and still had a unique water view.

What makes this property unique

Even though our condo isn't on the shore line of the widest part of the intercoastal it is perfectly located on an inlet overlooking mangroves. We have the perk of being able to sit on the balcony without having neighbors across the way. We look out and see the intercoastal in the distance and when we look down we are on a little waterway with fish swimming by, birds nesting in the trees, and peace and quiet. The area by our condo is protected and we won't ever have a noisy building adjacent to us- we can have a relaxing get away without all the hustle and bustle we try to escape from.
