-2 parking spaces (1 covered spot in front of the unit and 1 to the left which is guest parking)

-The unit is a 1bedroom 1 bath with a full pullout sofa bed in the living room.

-Full kitchen with all pots and pans, dishes, silverware, everything you need to live comfortably during your stay.

-Washer and dryer INSIDE the unit*

-2 TVs, one in the bedroom, one in the living room.

-The unit has its own WIFI which you will have access to upon arrival.

The bedroom is very large and features a King sized bed with a ton of built in cabinets to put away your clothes or any belongings you have. Closet is plenty big for 4 people to fit your clothes in if you need the extra space.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled, everything in it is new and is handicap accessible.

You are less then a mile to the Village where there are restaurants, banks, grocery store, drug store, gift shops, ice cream shop, bars and night clubs, banks, salons, coffee shops. You can rent bikes, Segway's, boats, scooters, snorkel, fish, dive go parasailing to name a few.

Cleaning service leaves 2 rolls of Toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per stay.

Beach side condo

This condo is not directly on the beach, although it is beachside. You have a nice long walk through the park area to get to the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. There was very little patio furniture so you really couldn’t enjoy sitting outside to eat or read or visit. We had to buy a blender to mix our drinks, so we didn’t appreciate that expense. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice. All in all this was an okay place to stay.

For the price... it was a great experience!!!!

We loved it. The place was very clean and everything we expected. Very quiet!! The neighbors we partying and the only time we heard them was when we were outside. One thing to mention is this is a non smoking unit, as they all are... however, once you arive, there are a few house “rules” listed on the fridge.... it’s a basic list... live in it with respect, and as if it were your house. But the stated smoking policy states, “ no smoking in the unit, or the property??? The unit I can understand, but your going to tell me I can’t smoke on the patio outside??? This was very confusing to me. Just be respectful, and take in consideration of the owner and the future guests... don’t be a pig!

Over all, Nick was a great host, beautiful place! It was me , my wife, a 16 and a 10 year old and accommodated Us well. We will definitely be staying at this unit again. Just make sure you check in to the front desk to get a parking pass, and wristbands for the beach/ pool access. This info was not spelled out in the description when renting. It is private beach access , which is cool!!! The only ones in your space is the resort, and not the public, which are points for me! There are a few beach toys and chairs on the property which we thought was a great thing.

We had a great time! This place felt like a home away from home!!! Just check the coffee filter upon arrival... we had mold and had to clean it before use. We will return!!!!

Owner's Response: Thanks Michael for a great review! 2 things, if the “rules” stated no smoking on the property we will change that. That is definitely not intended as you or anyone is free to smoke outside, just not inside which is normal. I’m sorry to hear about the coffee pot, I will let the cleaning crew know if this do they can be attentive in cleaning it every time. Thanks!! We look forward to having you again :)
