Would Stay here again

The unit is as described in the listing. Clean, comfortable, well appointed.Location to Dunedin was perfect for us, approximately a 20 min walk along the Pinellas trail. 30 minutes to the TD Ballpark.Beautiful Sunsets from here. Laundry facilities in the building is a bonus. Overall we were extremely satisfied and have no issue recommending this listing.

Great place for getaway for two. Bright, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Easy access to Dunedin restaurants, and Gulf area. Nice green view of bamboo and pines off the balconies with side view of water.

Good location, great getaway

Dunedin beaches and downtown area are worth visiting. Great restaurants downtown and nearby. The condo, although older was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Nice outdoor balcony patios and well equipped kitchen was a plus. The check in and check out process was efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The condo was very nice and clean. The property wasnt dirty but the restaurant/tiki bar trash smelled bad walking through the parking lot to the elevator. The properry was right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets every night.

Loved the condo. Very well equipped. Easy walk into town. Great Tiki Bar on premises. We took the free bikes onto the Pinellas trail and checked out the area. Would recommend.

Anniversary Staycation

We stay at Linda's place at least once a year, sometimes more. Linda communicates well and is very accommodating. The condo is cute, well appointed, clean, comfortable, the bed is very comfy, and check in is always a breeze. Marker8 being on site is a great Bonus and its a short hop to downtown Dunedin or Honeymoon Island. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Dunedin location!

Husband and I have always stayed with friends in Dunedin, but this time we decided to pick a resort. We had driven past Beso del Sol numerous times on previous trips, and we were super excited to stay at Linda’s unit. It did not disappoint! The property exceeded our expectations and the sunset views were perfect: even during a lightning storm! Bikes available to ride the Pinellas Trail, which we truly enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again 😀

Unit was good and as advertised. The complex needs some cosmetic work, elevator, walkways etc. Host provided all essentials and then some.

Everything we could have wanted

Very clean overall, comfy bed (we brought our own pillows), plenty of supplies for what we needed. Decor was very cute, the space was plenty for two people. Location was spot on, ideal jumping off point to local spots of interest.The A/C works incredibly well. We couldn’t hear any outside noise day or night and appreciated the quiet. Check in was super easy, too. Couch was really comfy for relaxing before bed with a book. Only thing we would request is some non-slip texture on the bottom of the tub. Oh! Also, this is the BEST place for sunsets!!!

Just Okay

The property/grounds are tired looking, but we did visit about a month after hurricanes. Most of this unit is updated but the bathroom is not. The unit was clean but musty smelling. It could use a deep cleaning (couch, tile floors, baseboards). The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. There weren't any hangers in the closet so we purchased some. It was okay for the short time we were actually in the unit. Otherwise the musty smell would've been unbearable.

Paradise on the Bay

One of our best trips! Perfect for our 40th anniversary!! Super place, and we’ve stayed at more than a few. Well appointed kitchen for 2. We cooked numerous times, had everything we needed, and didn’t mind washing our few dishes. (Bring paper products if you don’t like washing.) Dunedin is not far from St Pete where we went out Dolphin watching or Clearwater, best beach, or Honeymoon Island, for shelling. The highlight though was the amazing sunsets every night on the bay, at our pool. We chose the public pool side for dinner at Marker 8 when arriving, best Cuban sandwich my husband said he’s had! The rest of the week we went to the condo guests only pool and jacuzzi and brought down our own refreshments. You could grill your own dinner there too. We needed help with key once due to our own issue and maintenance was able to help within 5 minutes at 7:15am! We both agreed we will come back!

This was our 3rd time at this condo. Great place to stay. Great pool awesome view the local bar downstairs is nice to have. Look forward to our next visit. We will stay here again

Easy check in & Great location

Easy to check in on property. Room was good and in walking or short driving distance to a variety of activities. Took a sunset cruise and it was awesome. Saw dolphins too, which was a bonus. Shopping, restaurants, micro brewers and plentiful and within a few short miles from the resorts. Spent 2 days over at Honeymoon Beach. It was awful and a must do. So clean. Everyone was so friendly in the Dunedin area. This was our first time to the area and we hope to be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend, the confidence that everything/place was practically walking distance was great!! Our hist Linda was very responsive when we reached out to her!😊 We would stay there again! The staff employed by the time share and at Marker 8 was amazing and they made sure our stay was great!

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for my sister and I. The cleaners did an outstanding job. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. The cocktails at the Tiki bar were exceptional. Dunedin’s downtown is very quaint. Walking paths are excellent. We will return
