AWESOME RENTAL!!!

My first time at Siesta Key and it was great. The pictures of this rental posted on the listing don't do it justice! The exquisite, high-end furnishings made for an enjoyable stay. The recently remodeled unit had a fantastic, well-stocked kitchen, and new baths. Secure and easy access to the beach, and a great pool. Great central location. I would not hesitate to stay here again and have been recommending it to many friends.

The villa we rented in Siesta Key was everything we could ask for, clean, beautiful decor, fantastic location. We were impressed with our accommodations. The owner was wonderful to work with & the ladies at Crystal Sands office were so helpful!!! We will be back next year and hope to stay even longer!!! Thanks everyone.....I am thinking this villa will be on our yearly vacation list!

Beautiful Villa!

We really enjoyed our week at the Villa! Well stocked! It was so nice to have ample towels and not have to constantly be doing laundry! The kids were so entertained with all the beach toys and we were happy with the beach umbrellas, etc! Villa was very clean and well kept. Will consider this Villa for a future rental. Thank you!

A little piece of heaven

Our family rented 3 villas in this complex last week and this one was so much nicer it was amazing. The description and pictures don't do it justice. What a great week. The beach is fantastic and the location of Crystal Sands is very convenient. Anyone going to Siesta Key should be renting THIS villa. I know our family will be.

Wonderful place to stay at!!

We just got back from spending a wonderful week in villa 15. It is by far the best place we have ever stayed at. The unit is not only decorated with excellent taste but has all the things you need while being away from home. There's even a Keurig machine!! The space is ample, the gourmet kitchen is beautiful, there is plenty of storage, the bathrooms are stocked up with towels, washer/dryer conveniently placed inside the garage as well beach toys and beach chairs. The beach is located nearby. In a few words, it was paradise! We will definitely be back!!

First Class Five-Star Villa

This property is the best Villa in Crystal Sands. When other reviewers note it's clean-- it is! And it can't be stated enough. Very high priority for my family since it can make or break your comfort about sleeping soundly and needing to be able to relax in the space when you're not on the beach or sight-seeing or whatever your plan is for the stay. I think this rivals any luxury hotel accommodations, but definitely a five-star experience. In the 4 years I've been going to Siesta Key, this is the nicest Villa I've rented. I also compare it to both my in-laws who also book at the same time so we can all vacation together, and this rivaled all of the other villas they've rented. Thank you so much to the management for maintaining the property; but also to the manager for being responsive and reachable as well as for the decor-- well designed and decorated space (so cohesive) and love, LOVE the high end appliances! So glad to have a Keurig available for my morning coffee. 100% like and recommend this place! I have a ten year old and a twelve year old. They thought the beds were very comfortable and even got over not being able to bring their pillows-- the ones available were just fine. Great and convenient access to the office if you need to use a computer (I intentionally left my laptop, but then needed to access one despite my efforts to leave the office at home).

Our number One place to go in Florida

My wife and I have been enjoying Florida for 37 years. Siesta Key, this Villa and this area are by far the best we have ever experienced. The beach was fantastic with it's pure white sand and was about a 2 minute walk from the Villa. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment was all within a 10 minute walk or biking distance of the Villa. And last, the owner of this Villa has furnished it with everything that was needed for our stay. Just move in and enjoy, and enjoy we did. Beautiful Villa in every way. We have stayed in many places in the Ft. Myers, Bonita Beach and Naples area, but Villa #15 is by far the best choice we could have made. We are going to make our reservations for next winter soon before our time slot fills up. Thank you so much for making our winter stay a beautiful experience.

A PIECE OF PARADISE ON THE EARTH!!

As soon as we walked into this beautiful villa, we knew we were going to have a wonderful vacation! It was absolutely perfect! We traveled with 2 teenage girls and never felt crowded. The lay out of the living area was such that everyone had their space. The view from the beach was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves and sunset. Even when the storms rolled in, we had a great time staying indoors! Could not have asked for a better spot! There is a grocery store, liquor store and souvenir shop on the corner, within walking distance, and multiple chain stores and restaurants across the bridge. We never left our little corner of peace, as we had everything we needed to enjoy a week on the beach. We are anxious to get back to this exact villa, and talk about it daily, although we have been home for a few days now. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. Thank you, it was outstanding!~

Exceeded EVERY Expectation! HONESTLY!

Upon arrival, we walked in and just stood there...taking in the amazing beauty that immediately greeted us. We knew it'd be pretty (seeing the pictures online) but we had no idea how BEAUTIFUL it was truly going to be. Everything was perfect. Everything was provided...kitchen 'stuff,' towels/washclothes, all the way down to the 'beach stuff' and a washer and dryer in the garage. It's about a 2-minute walk to the beach and beach access is strictly limited to occupants of the resort, as a key is required for entry (a perfect way to keep the resort SAFE from non-occupants who try to 'cut thru' the resort to get to the beach). There is a feeling of safety and privacy...and everyone was exceptionally nice (both occupants and resort staff). It EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION we had. We'll DEFINITELY be back...and would recommend this Villa to ANYONE who are looking for an amazingly clean, beautiful Villa with unbelieveably easy, quick access to the beach. =)

Excellent Beach Villa!

Wow, what a fantastic villa on a magnificent beach! We loved the modern, up to date villa with all the top of the line amenities. The villa was clean, beautiful and right near the beach. We has a great family vacation and look forward to returning to Siesta Key and this beautiful villa in the future.

Luxurious Condo - Exceeded Our Expectations!

Our stay in your condo at Siesta Key was a delightful experience. Throughout the villa were unexpected touches of quality and luxury far beyond the average rental unit. It really felt like a home! Everything about this condo and the entire complex was 5 star - the cleanliness and maintenance definitely set a new standard for us in what we expect from a vacation rental. Awesome Plus!

This was our 2nd stay in this gorgeous 2B 2B villa! New granite kitchen, extremely well appointed. Lovely furnishings throughout, and both baths are fabulous as well! Decorator touches everywhere you look! (The photos do not do it justice.) We absolutely love Siesta Key and have been vacationing on Siesta for years, the best beach ever... We will definitely stay here on return trips!!! Our friends also plan to rent this villa on their next trip! Can't wait to come back here in the Fall on our next SK vacation!!!!
