This vacation spot is perfect for groups with plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. You will have private beach access where you and your guests can enjoy the seclusion of Bear Lake. This rental comes with two homes. The main home has seven bedrooms and four baths. The second home is a four-bed, two-bath home right next door. Both patios face the lake with seating and tables great for enjoying beach days and sunsets.

Launch your boat at First Point Boat Ramp (1.3 miles away). Away from the busy summer traffic this home is located on the east side of Bear Lake, but is just minutes from Garden City where you will find restaurants, shopping, recreation rentals, and more!

Lake town Homes

It had great access to Bear Lake and very good beach front. The kitchen in the bungalow was outstanding and in the beach house was adequate. There was also good space for sleeping. Assistance from the staff was very good.

Great location, room for large family gathering!

We used both houses for our family reunion. Although lake has significantly receded! It was still a super convenient access walking or with a 4-wheeler for older people in our group. Homes were spacious enough to gather for dinner together in the Bungalow unit. Upon arrival we found we could not access either house with the codes provided. Called vacassa but didn’t hear back till the following morning at 8:15am. Fortunately we found a window open in both windows & gained access. Not acceptable for a group of 40 people. We expected a local contact person who could solve issues immediately like what other rental sites provide. Units could use update & deep cleaning inside & out.

Great place to stay at Bear Lake

My family of 36 had a wonderful time at this place. With 2 separate houses, we had plenty of beds for everyone. It was fairly close to the water & we could walk down to the lake . Would stay there again !!!
