This upstairs beach front vacation home is comfortable, homey, and with ocean views that delight as you sit and watch the world go by. Close to Belmont Park, Mission Bay water sports activity centers, and just a short hop to Sea World and the world famous San Diego Zoo.

Shared front patio, on the boardwalk, is just steps from the beach. Umbrella, table and seating for your enjoyment.

Large private back deck for BBQ, dining, or just sun bathing, reading and relaxing.

No standing on front of house access from slider, it is for maintenance only!
Downstairs patio is shared for both our house and below unit
One Parking space only is on Right side of Garage for our unit, other spot to left is for downstairs unit
